  1. To be fair, I pretty much just steal his as soon as it changes.
  2. You're ALL welcome to leave.
  3. Playing as finland in the winter war scenario rocks. Silly russia.
  4. Time to fight the addiction again
  5. I like not having to pigeon-hole my games. Take my latest favorate, Hearts of Iron 2, it's a 'realtime strategy' because it's a game focused entirely on strategy and it's in realtime, and yet, 'RTS' players would hate it and most probably wouldn't even recognise it as an 'RTS'. Sacrifice, Hostile Waters, Battlezone 2, all some of my favorate games, and yet, none of them can be done justice with the crude monikers that the industry loves throwing around these days.
  6. Yeah, you know how touchy people can get about stuff like that.
  7. I had one, but it's not all it's cracked up to be. You know those stupid relationship arguments you can have over nothing? Imagine having one over the optimal posision of city placement vs wonder production.
  8. None of you want to see what they both did to Daikatana.
  9. whoops, someone just got pwned.
  10. Time to make a race of pokemon. Bulba-bulbasaur.
  11. You get the forums sticky and there is going to be trouble mister.
  12. go go missing the point!
  13. Ironically, the most intelligent part of this thread is here
  14. I chose not to when we first discovered bronze working (not realising it was cheaper) but since we are just about to get orginised religion, we might as well wait for that. Cool, there have been lots of suggestions on the last few pages on courses of action you might want to take (including the bundling slavery with orginised religion) but play however you see fit.
  15. Yeah, with this many players, no instant access to stone and no industrious pyramids is most likely a pipe-dream. I agree with you on the writing -> alphabet, so with the archery tech we would have a few turns 'free' production for archers while those techs finish. We still don't have fishing though, which could be considered somthing of an issue.
  16. Good stuff, Orginised religion should be a nice boon to us in spreading buddism and producing improvments, though I wonder what our next few reserch moves should be. I might suggest heading towards litracy for the libary, but i'm also a big fan of the pyramids (early access to representation can be a huge boon, not to mention great engineers). We should probably cap archery next just for some solid defence before the first wave of barbarians comes in, otherwise, yeah, time to get that copper under control and a third city up.
  17. Yeah, it's pretty much come down to Llyranor -> Nick -> Enoch -> Steve, with anyone else able to cut in whenever they want. That's not a 'rule' but if it's been a few turns since you've moved and there has been no activity for 10 hours or so then feel free to chip in I guess.
  18. Feel free to take a turn if you have the time SteveThaiBinh.
  19. Didn't he like, get eaten by zombies while being burned to death and brainhumped by headcrabs?
  20. powerful, but can tend to be less user-friendly and slightly more tempremental than other 3D modeling programs (well, 3DSM and C4D anyway).
  21. Yeah, i agree with the choise for the new city site, good work. Here's where our creative trait will really help out.
  22. ...what the crap was that? Additionally, those skirts could have done with some love from the paint weights tool.
