  1. Have you ever wanted to know what kind of Pokemon you would be? Me too! If you're anything like me, this question kept you up at night, but now there's a solution. Take the below test and finally know the truth! http://www.pokemon.com/Dungeon/PersonalityTest/ I'm a Bulbasaur!
  2. Shudder, yeah. Actually, i've seen worse, but yeah, her fans are the 'actual' problem. Basically, I wouldn't give a crap, except that she's been shoved down my throat by fanmorons (in both picture and text form) in much the same way that people seem to think that Bastila is somehow an interesting or relevent character but not just limited to 'HOW HOT IS BASTILA?!' threads on one subforum.
  3. Erm, no, I wasn't talking about the official art.
  4. No feeding the addiction for you.
  5. I can't even remember, I just know I had a good reason a few years ago. EDIT: wait, I remember, google image her.
  6. It's true eh, they all did I do love PST, i'm just bummed that it sold so poorly in a mainstream sense when compared to RPGs that I consider virtual snorefests, such as KotoR, Oblivion and BG2. All I really know is that i've only ever met one person who had even heard of PST, and I was drunk, so I don't remember who he was.
  7. Don't get me wrong, I count Giants, Sacrifice, Nexus and Battlezone 2 as 4 of my top 10 games, and they ALL left hardly a blip on the gaming radar. All of them brilliant innovative games with no chance of a sequel. Just compare the sales of KotoR with Jade Empire, people respond to brand, espesally where the vast majority of gamers don't actually do much research before a purchase.
  8. Ha, man, I thought voxels died in 2002..
  9. Indeed, the 'conventions' they had to keep to in both KotoR2 and NWN2 hurt the games bad man, bad.
  10. Yeah, lets you use BG2 classes from the outset and gives you the option to increase the resolution.
  11. Making a profit on a few hundred thousand copies doesn't even start to make the game finantially relevent in terms of a sequal, especially when those sales have been 'consistent', given that the figures generally considered important are those moved in the first two weeks or so. You just have a different definition of 'squat'.
  12. Let us not forget that PS:T sold precisely squat, which will likely play a big factor in the lack of a 'sequal'.
  13. I'd gut Viconia if I ever bothered to play that far.
  14. Man, climbing the tower in crackdown was awsome. Even if I had to wait 10 minutes for Llyranor to catch up.
  15. In AoE3 you could build Hackapells, which I assume are the same thing.
  16. Yeah, he said they'd have been more than happy to do the same, given half a chance.

  18. I was actually talking to a friend of mine who had done some time (wrong place, wrong time, basically) and he pointed out that there's a reason why the sex offenders are (in the UK anyway) generally kept completely seperate from other offenders (in his case they manned the kitchens). As he put it 'there are all sorts of reasons for killing someone, and people understand that, but a sexual attack is pretty singleminded'. Which makes me wonder if my opinon on taking premeditation into account (simply because we do for things like murder) is right.

    Muzaq

Well it WAS Soule, so expected. Likewise Supreme Commander and Oblivion.
  20. As you say, it's nice that someone has done a study with some actual grounding in reality rather than the normal lab crap. Still, I wonder how this is going to pan out.
  21. No, it's not that I don't think that Tibetans 'deserve freedom' if that's what they want, it's simply that I don't have a huge degree of sympathy for the situation the country has gotten itself into. I'll admit though that this is effected both by my lack of love for the Tibetan regime pre-china and my lack of love for single-issue hippies who pick up foreign causes without actually knowing anything about them. I would perfer that Tibet wasn't occupied by China however, it's simply a question of my own degree of actual caring in light of events. Fun fact! The PC game 'Hearts of Iron 2' a sort of global scale simulation of the WW2 period was banned in China because it showed Tibet as an independant country (despite the fact that this is historically accurate).
  22. I mirror this sentiment, and find that a lot of the people who sympathise with with the 'Free Tibet' plight actually know very little about either Tibet itself or the history that lead up to the current situation.
  23. Yeah, horror games arn't my cup of tea either, just as I don't like films that do the same. On the other hand, I DO enjoy films like Beowulf which was, by all accounts, pretty horrific, but not a horror film per-say. The same goes for games such as half-life.
