Drama in the indy gaming biz ?
Volo speaks wisdom. Also, ex-boyfriend has proven himself to be a person who has no qualms about posting personal conversations for All Teh Internetz to see, engaging in tasteless ****-shaming, and basically attempting to wreck the professional career of multiple people. Not the kind of person anyone should treat as a reliable source of information. Well if even a fifth of his accusations are true, she seems like a pretty ****ty person. As it is, I don't think any of the people involved are particularly trustworthy.

- What are you playing now?
Wait, are people saying PoE plays like an MMO with pause? Sorry I'm not going to the backer forum because spoilers. If they did, they would be wrong. It plays like a faster BG with more micromanagement. And for some reason, the Monk did much better than the Paladin for me. I attribute it to suboptimal equipment.- Drama in the indy gaming biz ?
Spider-Woman's ass in that variant cover.- Movies you've seen recently
I watched Django Unchained. Was pretty fun.- Example of what is killing modern games
Young Monte? That seems like an oxymoron. Anyways, I have to agree with Wals and Monte. If you think a company is milking you too much through DLC and microtransactions, don't grace them with your business. Pulling a SJW and raging will be ineffective and probably just pisses people off.- What you've been drinking lately.
- Kaine Parker's Pretty Woman
Hey, I posted a picture from "Pretty Woman" so don't blame me.- Republican Party
Absolutely no proof of that, at all.If there's a Satan, or some such entity, they are laughing with glee at you and all those who think similar. Anyone on this planet long enough that doesn't regularly go hunting for sandworms head first and that truly thinks, knows that stable families are the bedrock of a stable civilization. It's a 101 concept in pretty much all of the humanities and life. The evidence of this is everywhere. And it's something that many do still realize, both those who want the stable society and those who want to bring it down. The latter seem to sadly be winning, and they are laughing with glee as well. IF there is a satan, and there is no more proof he exists than any other form of divine being, with a totally different style of morality than what we have. So, I'll take that chance. I might've spoken to soon though, for claritys sake, what do you define as a stable family? White Christians who live in compounds in remote areas to avoid the creeping influence of the Lizard Jews. Waitjustabloodyminutehere..... Those are Lizard Jews???? I thought they were Argonians! I though I was playing Skyrim so much it was starting to become real to me! Wait until someone tells you about the Cat Catholics.- Kaine Parker's Pretty Woman
I'm afraid Julia Roberts has more to do with that than I do.- An easy way to encourage people to try out more attribute builds in character creation
I think having all stats at around 10(before racial or cultural modifiers) would be the way to go. I've been trying to have most stats at least average, so showing me what is average will help when I test out less rounded builds. Also, is any one else getting a cap for attributes? For my meadow human might was capped at 19.- Radical idea - change attributes to more D&D like

So nobody covered the civil rights movements in the 60's? History is only 30 years old.- The General Combat Thread
Combat should be a little slower. Slow mode is great when I need to react quickly, but normal speed should be reduced a bit.- More like BG2 please
Just played it for about an hour and was killed by bugs. When fighting lions, the BBwizard failed to cast fire ball and my Paladin froze. I did manage to beat the fight with the group of gangsters by the church though. Other than the boar(where ch I thought was supposed to die when it's master did), it felt challenging and pushed my party management skills, like BG2 with SCS. Will have to wait until bugs are purged until I can adequately judged the combat system, but it feels good when it works. Love slow and fast modes.- The General Suggestions Thread

1. Not the East as a whole, but North Korea and Iran would fit the bill. Wouldn't consider Russia an enemy, but I'm not trapped in a cold war mentality.2. I think North Korea and Iran are very hostile dictatorships controlled by unstable rulers. 3. The two party system is a success in keeping incompetent politicians in power, but a failure at providing adequate representation to citizens. So a big no to that. 4. I think Nixon was a terrible president whose actions helped contribute to the deep cynicism among Americans concerning the integrity of government and ability to influence in a positive way. 5. I think the Middle East is a time bomb that is bound to explode no matter what is done. The best course would be to stay away unless directly threatened, in which case eliminating the threat as quickly and as permanently as possible would be the thing to do. 6. I don't think funding any foreign organization or government is good. 7+8. I think we should let other nations handle their own affairs unless we are directly involved. It shouldn't matter what someone halfway around the world thinks. 9. On some things yes, but in general no. I think most politicians in the major parties are servants of corporations. 10. I think corporations are in control, or at least have a large amount of influence on government. 11. As someone who is related to and friends with many people belonging to racial minorities, yes. 12. Yes, most nations are run by oligarchs, they just happened to wear different masks. 13. It wouldnt suprise me. 14. See answer to 6. 15. It isn't suprising, but it isn't a good situation. 16. No. 17. Not total freedom, but there is some freedom. The SJWs and religious fundamentalists seem to want to get rid of that though. 18. I think the only difference between the two big parties is whether you hate gays or not. Both are unashamed servants of corporations and ignore the plights of citizens in favor of "liberating" other nations. 19. I don't like it. Information isn't the government's to control. 20. In theory, I love the idea of a representative democracy. In practice, I don't see a difference between corporatism and any other oligarchy. - What are you playing now?
