no, it is not that simple, I'm afraid. many people don't like action combat done badly. and from my experience, there was only one game that did it right. all others are complete and utter crap. and I hate developers that don't want to put in the effort to make combat in their games good but at the same time don't want to have turn-based combat either. amateurs Please do enlighten us on the one game that did it right, because I know we'll all agree.

Volo, STFU. @Tajerio. That sounds pretty good, a directional dodge in keeping with point and click combat. I have no problem with twitch, but I'd rather Dragon Age stay with traditional mechanics.

They didn't give themselves those awards. They were granted from press who saw a lengthy demo at the last E3. Back on topic. What do you guys think of real time dodging and stuff in the combat? Pretty big departure from Origins.

The company has since released a number of patches. Maybe one of those improved optimization. I did play their previous game, Hard Reset, and that game was very well optimized. Very difficult as well.

I haven't tried the new Shadow Warrior but it looks like old school shootery fun, if a bit more linear. The new Wolfenstein looks good too.

Or the crappy Game of Thrones, the crappy Breaking Bad, the crappy Fallout: New Vegas, the crappy Mass Effect. Or the crappy Baldur's Gate series.

Witcher 3 is one of the most anticipated games on most gaming sites. That didn't happen because they suck at everything. But let your rage flow all the same. I like the environments so far. The armor and threads your companions are wearing seem a tad over the top. That sorceress looks like she's ready to attend a fashion gala.
