BTW, you realize that a lot of these "troubled" refugees fake a mental illness because then they cannot be deported from the country to the country of origin? Because in Arab/muslim world a mental illness means a death sentence as it is widely believed that it's a punishment from Allah. So if they get diagnosed some sort of mental disorder and that's put in their papers the same entry makes the deportation extremely hard.

Strange that they are not getting into US, they probably have better immigration policies. There is also truth/lie detectors (I know they are not 100% correct) but surly its not that inhuman to ask immigration on detector if he thinks that killing apostates is ok, if its ok to beat your wife etc. Also as we know that most radicals are from poor background so maybe let in only these which have assumptions that will find decent job? I dont have all answers but its still better to do something than just sit on our hands and turn a blind eye on all of these problems. Yeah, just read some update on this. Apparently this 27yo was in informal relationship with 45yo woman. Still it is mind blowing that the repetitive offender, known for assaults and thefts, including assaults with heavy dmg to the body, was granted an asylum and was not deported after first criminal acts like that. He had to kill a woman and injure two others to get arrested. I suspected it might have not been a fanatic, since he allowed to arrest himself, but the point still stands. This is a criminal from ME living for our money.

what? the USA was created on the independence day through proclamation of the rights written in the constitution and separation from the British crown. By that the real Americans would be the ones who can trace back their family tree back to that date. There was not really much of "immigration office" back then and for a long period of time. There was no "legal" process from immigrants coming from across the pond for a long period of time, hence, technically all that came during that period were illegal immigrants, which later received citizenship rights from the US government (or in some instances that would pop up during the local census), but there was no border screening in the modern sense.

The guy was of North African origin. It was not a native French, even if it is 2nd or 3rd generation, it is not home grown. it is still a result of importing alien and hostile culture.
