  1. I'd prefer if it was made faster than it is, because then it would benefit from Might and Dexterity a bit more. It suffers from being the same speed as Two Handed style but doing less flat damage and receiving less % bonus to DPS because damage mults scale worse with a 1H than 2H. Currently they are supposed to both attack every 3 seconds (subject to those possible errors), they could make it 2.5 or something instead.
  2. You will find unique suits of armor in the game that you will wear for their magical properties. There is at least one suit of plate armor in the game that has a really overpowered property at the moment, and you'll never want to wear anything else on your tank edit: looks like they read my bug report and balanced it.
  3. It's something we might have to address in a mod/community patch because I so far they haven't really paid to much heed to our claims about this kind of stuff. I'm far more concerned at the moment about how terrible one-handed style is, it's just utter garbage. That's an entire weapon style (not just the talent, but the entire style) that is bad.
  4. The game has a sore need of at least another one, if not two! UI art, portraits, 2D icons, area paint overs, item sketches, creature sketches - on top of concept art

Matt516's spreadsheet that I sent you likely contains the math to figure it out, although his calculations were done back when multipliers were multiplicative I can pull any calcs you need from the source code ACC-DEF +1 through +15 will always be significant because it removes a miss chance AND adds a crit chance, after that, accuracy isn't worth as much

  8. FYI Tartanyco I tested flanked, it is indeed based off two units attacking you from different sides. Not 100% sure how it's calculated but it might be a cone or something.
  9. I've seen multiple visual bugs with the display of the flanked UI art, here is the first one I've been able to capture on video, but there are more. I would also like to ask if it would be possible to allow these to be disabled outside of expert mode.

  12. Yeah they could do a much better job at explaining mechanics through the UI - I mentioned it in a bug report about the description for DR. It hasn't been corrected yet though. You're looking at it the wrong way man, put on your maths cap you just do 15 * x%, and then the value is rounded up or down by the UI so you don't know that it's a decimal.
  13. TBH same as Rogues I think Int, Might and Dex would all be good on Ciphers.

  17. Tank - plate mail (or Fine Brigandine if you're facing enemies with crush ... most are slash or pierce or some other DR though. Everyone else - no armor, or something minimal so their DPS isn't decreased too much - eg. Fine Padded or the Night Runner Leather Armor. Those alternate DR types are a percentage as well, not flat numbers so if an armor has 15 DR base DR and 7 burn DR, the 7 will actually be 7.5

FTR there are a couple of bugs in this version of the mod atm If you open the menu before you type BB into the console to use the custom hud buttons, it will break the buttons, and you'll have to exit to the main menu to reset it (we only figured out what was causing this last night, been a bug for several builds) If you increase the combat log height, the auto resize "button" won't work, so you'll have to decrease it to ~200 px height to see the selection for it Sometimes the menu will randomly shift left after a save/load if you're using the custom HUD For droppable loot they should probably just turn into a loot bag, that would be the best way to solve it.
  20. Unfortunately, companion portraits are being compressed by the game to DXT5 and they look sh1t compared to the external lossless ones.
  21. I've only been using Blunderbusses this build because the nerfs to the others just make them not worth using. Bows haven't been worth using for several builds. You need to label that table better though. How does that chart scale with dexterity, would 20 Dexterity (+30% action speed) make any difference to the numbers ? I also imagine that wearing armor just makes it much, much worse.

In this video, it appears that a designer/artist has increased the size of the navmesh of this path across the water to include the underwater rocks, however the characters do not walk IN the water, they walk on top of it, unlike other parts of the map, or the water in Stormwall Gorge/Temple of Skaen. Dunno how you would fix this, adjust the navmesh to be lower or something? I dunno. Either way, characters shouldn't look like they're walking on water.
  23. Hell yeah at the amount of new assets externalized in this build Will need to discuss splitting them into smaller files in the future, but there's lots of new stuff we can change with mods now.
