Hahaha! Leafs got owned again! 8-2! "
  2. "More where that came from" and not totally sure on the last one as I haven't heard it in awhile, but " Time to kick you down to size."
  3. Ok, so my dad is considering buying an MP3 player for my little brother for christmas and is looking for something cheap and easy to use. Storage space is not that much of an issue as my brother doesn't have many songs and likely won't use it all that often. I was looking at a this Creative MuVo TX FM as a possibility. Supposedly it's easy to use and that's all that really matters for him. Does anyone else have any ideas in the $80-90 Cdn range and that would be easy to use?
  4. Never used utorrent. "
  5. Ha! The same happens to me. Now I find that leaving it on actually helps me fall asleep. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Weird isn't it? I can't sleep when it's quite, but since I no longer have a computer in my room, the radio/cd player has to suffice. I sleep better in a ground floor room of a hotel in a large city than I do on the quiet street where I live. Anyway, I have to agree with the Azureus comment. Much better choice than BitComet.
  6. Aren't these two dead? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Post movie they are. But this movie is G1 from the beginning. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Right from the beginning? Are they planning on showing the trip to Earth and such, or not quite that far back? Haven't really heard much about it.
  7. Never heard about those two. Were did you use those names?
  8. I know that I went through the game on Expert mode (Or whatever the highest difficulty in CoD2 is called) and I would have to duck behind cover for about 4-5 seconds before it would regenerate completely. Any less than that and the first hit would leave me with the near death red line around the edge. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I found the same thing. I died just as many times as I might in any other FPS. It doesn't at all give you invicibility like I heard people complain about before it was released. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It really only protects you if you do have the cover to jump behind, or if it's just scattered fire with rifles. I regularly died from soldiers right in fron of me with MP40's because they would start firing and kill me before I could spin around and hit them. Snipers also killed me on rare occasions that I didn't notice them first.

  10. I can't pick one. Most of the planets had something going for them. I liked the city on Manaan, the huge trees and wookie village in Kashyyyk, the view from right in front of the sith academy on Korriban (K1), the massive city on Taris and the overall peaceful feel of Dantooine. They all had their places that just seemed really impressive to me on a graphical level. There was something about the planets in K2 that just didn't give me the same sense of wonder. There really wasn't any memorable places to just stop and admire the view except for perhaps the spot on Korriban right behind where you land and wandering through Iziz. It had a couple spots, but not every planet had the same impact on me as they did in KotOR1.
  11. I enjoyed it. Never got around to playing the first one though... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> CoD 1 was pretty much like Medal of Honor. With Russians. Don't bother. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Never played MoH either. Not really into FPS. The only reason I played CoD2 was because a friend gave it to me. "

  13. OMG!? Could it be that the hype was wrong?!
  14. You have the emphasis on that wrong. It's actually... I AM THE LAW! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> (S)he's right. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Who's right? Me? If so, Woohoo! If not...
  15. *cough*Silent Storm*cough* "

  17. Was that Cthulhu carved into the wood there at the top? "
  18. I'll see your Dreadnought and raise you an Atlas.
  19. Useful information for stalkers? All it does is tell you the city where the person lives and even then not very accurately. (See: Oerwinde)
  20. This coming from the "Square root of all evil!"? " Generally I find myself in the same situations that Reveilled mentioned. It's no problem to slaughter millions of people from and orbiting Star Destroyer, or just hacking through anything that moves, but generally if there is some dialogue with a character, then I feel awkward about killing them. It's not so much that I feel bad about actually killing them, it's just that I don't really know how my party will react to my murderous ways and I hate upsetting them, because I have to continue to travel with them. It's kind of like the internet really. Because it's anonymous you tend to do things online that you would never do around the people you hang around with everyday in real life. It's the same with video games for me. If there are party members watching then I have a hard time doing anything really evil, because I know they are watching and will generally say something about it. If I'm all alone though then all bets are off and I don't feel bad about anything. " And about those death animations in Fallout. The first time I saw them, I laughed and said "COOL!" I used a sniper rifle to blow a gaping hole in someone's right side. :">
  21. Time zones man. It's like early morning for most of them.
  22. I had it at about the same distance as from where I live to Windsor which is about a 6 hour trip, but that is almost a straight line as well. Then I checked it out and it came up as another 3 hours on top of my estimate.
