  1. O Man those grafix own, it must be using DX12 That's not even using the secret 3d mode!
  2. Give me the +30 or I'll saw off your leg with a rusty jagged edged spoon. If you are going to use a jagged edged spoon you might as well be using a knife. Do it with a dull spoon or don't do it at all.
  3. Here's my current game.
  4. Hurray! My character has been resurrected! I just discovered that the "*.bak" file was actually a backup. I wondered what that thing was supposed to be.
  5. NOOOOOOOooooooooo... My level 77 progress quest character save file has been corrupted!
  6. So that's the reason you've been pooping in and out of DX:IW. I'm playing the "Attempt to convert multiple CD games into one DVD" game. I'm playing on hard mode where it doesn't let you just burn multiple images onto the disc that you load with drive emulation software.
  7. You underestimate the stupidity of your average computer user.
  8. I saw that earlier today, but I totally missed the Obsidian shirt! I want one too!
  9. They scored 10 goals on you? Weak man. Finished my game of Metroid Fusion now. That SA-X chase sequence is so much easier when you remember how to drop power bombs. Dunno why it seemed so hard last time. I just picked it up and beat it on my second try. Would have done it on the first, but I couldn't remember how to drop the power bombs. Now I need to find something new to play.
  10. I managed to finish my hard run of Metroid Zero Mission. Only had a 66% item collection rate. I really thought I had less than that, but I guess it's just the bonuses for each tank were halved. I only had 600 health, 64 missles, 6 Super Missles and a single Super Bomb. It felt like I had a lot fewer items than I did. Maybe now I should finish my hard run of Fusion. I stopped that run a couple months ago right after the trip into the station power core. The SA-X chase sequence was killing me.
  11. How confusing. One of these days Cant will have to straighten out all us alts.
  12. "Man, do I need a haircut!" Sorry that was me. I think you have your wires crossed.
  13. I've done that with several games. I've managed to work my way down from God Mode to multiplying ammo capacity by 10. Shotguns with 500 ammo clips makes me feel brave.
  14. Microsoft has apparently released a couple of mini-service packs to fix a number of problems with Vista. Just thought that those of you using Vista might like to hear about this.
  15. I'm finishing up a hard run of Metroid Zero Mission that I started several months ago. I just beat Mother Brain.
  16. There shouldn't be any performance benefit other than it not dying.

    pre-school

It's the same here. I just never used my locker. If it wasn't in my backpack, then I didn't need it.

    pre-school

I was exaggerating at little bit. It didn't start for me until grade seven which would have only been two years before I started high school. Up until that time we had all our classes in one room and could therefore just keep everything in our desks, except for pencils, because people were jerks and kept stealing mine.

Just how much are we talking about here? My backpack was never lighter than 40 pounds throughout my high school career. Wasn't much lighter during elementary.
  20. If Steam would just recognize my boxed version of the games...
  21. Deraldin Apparently I'm "Teh Suck."
  22. You can kill the jester? Ha! That's great. I'd never bothered wailing on him long enough to find out. I always stopped at "I hurt, I huuuuuurt!" It's cool to know it can be done, at least. Yeah, there was a report on the official forums somewhere about some guy that beat on the Jester for about an hour before he died.
  23. I went to see the Bourne Ultimatum yesterday afternoon. I really liked the movie, but I do think that the shaky cam was horribly overused. I really didn't mind it in the action scenes, but there is absolutely no reason for them to be used in every effing dialogue scene as well!

    pre-school

I agree entirely with this post. Blocks are awesome. I remember we had these big wooden blocks. They came in rectangles, squares, triangles (of various types!), cylinders and more! I'd spend my entire free play time building huge perfectly symmetrical buildings, usually they ended up taller than I was, made all the more impressive because the buildings I made were really two dimensional and thus more likely to fall over. I fondly remember lunch times at my pre-school/daycare thing. We had awesome food there. Everyday a different person was chosen to help one of the teachers go bring lunch in for everyone. You would get to walk through the huge office building to the kitchen and help push the huge cart with all the food. I remember the day that I got to help. We had quiche that day. There are a number of other things that I can remember, like always being the last one up after nap time, because the teachers couldn't wake me up without shaking me. EDIT: Xard: I was barely three when I started pre-school.
