I think MotB is going to be shelved for me until I can upgrade. I really like what little I've played, but having to play through every fight at 0.5FPS without resorting to "Pause before fight, queue up 5 meteor storms per party member, unpause and come back 10 minutes later as things start to move again" is just to difficult. It's impossible to control anything in combat with all the spell effects flying around. It's a shame really, but I don't think playing it on what I have is really going to give me a fun experience. :sad:

I just finished Portal. Hurray for cake! The ending is awesome.

For anyone else that is playing a cleric, does my turn undead ability ever become useful again? I've yet to be able to turn a single creature.

Add another to the "haven't played in over a year" group, but it's not like I'm planning on going anywhere anyone, so whenever it's done I'll still be around.

I hate that stupid bear. He's killed me 7 times now and only once have I gotten him down to the point where it tells me to attack him, but that was after all my characters had been reduced to 0HP.

I've played for about 5 minutes and so far I've been killed three times. I only died 4 times in the entire OC for NWN2.

Who are you playing as? That's a horrible record. I can't imagine the 360 version being that much more difficult than the PC version. Even when I wasn't aiming my shots, my record still hovered around .500.

I don't play very optimally either. I tend to pattern my cities into huge grids. Totally not optimal, but I do it anyway.

Shipping on the 9th seems to be the case in this instance. Which would explain why it didn't get released early like Europe. the bastards! yes, my son and i went in to gamestop after i picked him up from school, but alas, we left without the goods. he then berated me for not getting him a DS game, of course. taks I went in to a couple places today hoping to pick up a copy for my birthday, but no such luck. Jerks.

Well I ran through the 16 games of the playoffs in my NHL 08 season. I was getting kinda bored so I let the computer sim the first 55 minutes of each game so that I would come in with 5 minutes left. I still didn't lose a game, although the one where I came in down 4-1 was a close one. I tied that one up to send it to overtime with about 5 seconds left on the clock. I did actually play the full game in the first round and when I did that I came out at the end with a 4-0 record with a 36% powerplay and a 100% penalty kill.

The Canucks are so scary good this year that they are going to win a division that they aren't even in.

Imagine how I feel then: Toskala is in my REAL LIFE team! (although he certainly hasn't made a fool of himself yet..) Bah, that was weeks ago. I'm in the playoffs now. I finished first in my division, conference and the league. Koivu finished the season with 100 points and 53 goals to take the Art Ross and the Rocket Richard. Montreal now goes on to face Boston in the first round.

Bah. My Habs have lousy luck on Saturday nights. They always seem to lose on Saturdays.

Goals against average is calculated against a backdrop of a 60 minute game. Since the Montreal game versus the Canes went to overtime, Huet played a little more than 60 minutes and so his GAA was adjusted for it. You'll also often see goalies who play in a game that doesn't go to overtime have a GAA that is some decimal points over the amount of goals they let in, and this is because they didn't exactly play 60 minutes (factors like leaving the net for an extra attacker or for a delayed penalty call). Huet has played one game where he let in 2 goals so far. How does he then have a 1.97GAA? O.o

Teehee! Smolinski one-times a feed from Higgins. I need to stop taking penalties. I've scored more shorthanded goals than the other teams have score powerplay goals.

Were you playing the All-Stars Midgets or something? You managed to make 5'7 (appr.) Koivu look big. Actually, Koivu is 5'10". Still not the tallest player in the league by any means.
