U sellout. How do you think he managed to afford both a console, the massive plasma TV and his kick-ass computer?

You can add non-steam games so your hours are still clocked, that's what I did with Freelancer... I tried that once. Added all 30 games on my rig. It then decided to wipe them all the next time I loaded Steam and I haven't bothered to add them again.

I would be playing Contra 4 but the game is a week late and counting.

Most of my gaming isn't logged by Steam because most of my games are not steam games.

I once again picked up Fire Emblem Sacred Stones. I will eventually beat this game on hard, but level 14 is just... ARG! Emperor Vigarde had 2 HP left. He attacked Ephraim who ended his turn right next to him. (Both character missed on the previous turn so Ephraim had the HP to soak a hit.) Vigarde had a 2% chance to crit for triple damage. I don't think I need to keep going. :sad: That attack animation was like a stake through my heart. Another 2 hours... just gone. I've lost track of how many times this has been now. I've easily put in over 40 hours on this one stage alone now. I'm not sure why I keep trying anymore, but I'll keep it at. Sooner or later it has to work. Right?

Mkreku is going to be happy when he gets online. Toronto beat Ottawa 3-0 tonight. Montreal also beat Boston 7-4. 35 penalties in the game. 3 powerplay, one shorthanded and 3 even strength goals by 7 different players for Montreal.

You just need a crappier monitor. NWN2 has plenty of dark "Boy am I glad I decided to play an assimar, cause this light spell is really coming in handy" areas.

Oh! I understand what you mean now. It is locked to one angle, but it does move a little side to side and up and down in the bigger rooms.

My version of Mr.Robot is the Gamersgate version. It was cheaper($15), so buying it instead of the 'original' one is no brainer. So I bought it. But unfortunately, Gamersgate version doesn't support some fetures like leaderboard, user modules and etc. and there wasn't any warning or something on the site. But this taught me a lesson: If you want to buy a game, always buy it from the developer's site. Gamersgate When I said 'fixed' I meant, well, fixed. Unchangable. What was so bad about the way it is that you want it locked in place?

Auto-battle was something that I believe they were talking about implementing at some point. On the fewer but harder rooms, have you tried any of the user modules yet? Some of those are pretty hard! What would you like to see fixed about the camera angle?

Buffalo is really having a hard time this season. Those loss of Drury and Briere must have really hurt. I didn't realize it until TSN pointed it out, but they are actually tied for last place in the East and overall. Phoenix has more points!

Oilers picked up a win as well! 1-0 in a shootout over Vancouver. Considering both teams were missing good chunks of their defense, you'd think there would have been more scoring, but Garon and Luongo were great.

So they are Lets see, I've got a c64 emulator, an Amiga emulator, a Glide (old 3dfx driver) emulator, Dosbox, a BBC model B emulator, a ZX Spectrum 48k emulator, I even think I saw some console emulators on the net a while back that I for a short time considered getting, but truth be told, I haven't found a console exclusive game yet that I wanted it badly enough. It doesn't automatically mean that I won't ever get one, but so far, I don't see the need for one, real or emulator. My computer is so horribly that it can't run console emulators for anything newer than the SNES and even some of those are iffy. The controls in Axelay aren't quite as smooth as they were on my SNES before the game stopped loading.

So what did you think of the game? I've yet to be able to convince any of my friends to give it a shot.

Nice to see Komisarek score the winning goal. Overtime 3-on-3 breakaway. :D Koivu and Stajan were in the box for "jousting" in the face off circle, as the commentator described it, with 15 seconds left in the 3rd period.

Gears of War 360 = Great Gears of War PC = "Where is the stupid patch so that the game doesn't crash on load?" Similar to Tale, my time it pretty evenly split between PC and handhelds, with PC taking priority. I don't currently own a console, except for the Wii that I borrowed, but that doesn't count. Otherwise I'm in the "each is good for different genres" crowd. There are some things that just work better with a keyboard and some that are better with a mouse.

Apparently if you hide by the bumper cars you don't get swarmed so badly. Like an idiot I stayed right next to my buddy. I was crouching just behind the hill so that I could go prone and be completely covered from enemy fire. It only took me a couple tries to get through the first half, but it was the second part after that really got me. It took a few tries to get the timing down so that I knew which enemies to take down in which order. I managed to make it through the beginning of the level only dying once. I've only died to exploding vehicles twice so far. The first time was because I hadn't realized they would explode. The second was because I turned around to shoot someone who popped up behind me and while I waited for my health to come back after I killed him, the car exploded. My deaths have been surprisingly evenly split between grenades and bullets. Most of my bullet related deaths have been from not watching my back. The computer AI is surprisingly inept when it comes to watching your back. After all the guys that I've saved, you'd think that they would return the favour ever now and then...

Alfie scored the tying goal and an empty netter. Neil scored the game winner. I suppose the bright side here is that at least Montreal is only losing 1 goal leads late in the third instead of 3 goal leads.

That was a great level, although I agree that the end battle was just amazingly frustrating. It took me over 20 tries to beat it on Regular. I'm working through again on Hardened. Some areas are harder, some are easier, and some are Ferris Wheel level difficult. The TV station kicked my ass repeatedly. It was an "enemies throw flashbangs too?!" discovery.

Crap. Montreal loses 3-1. Another game lost in the last 5 minutes. :sad: Why do they always have horrible luck when they are playing their best? So many amazing chances and none of them went in. At least Huet was awarded the second star.

Aaron Ward has just gone down in the Montreal-Boston game. He was turning around when he collided with Francis Boullion who had just come out of the penalty box to end a Boston 5-on-3. Ward lay on the ice for awhile before he got up and was helped back to the dressing room. Sure hope he's okay. And now Montreal has won the game by a final score of 2-1.
