People have been banned for less. Repeat after me: cheese is love, cheese is life.

The second goal was amazing.

Never thought I'd see Insónias em Carvão's work at Obsidian. He is world famous in Portugal

Gonçalo Ramos has a lot of potential. He is not the next Haaland, but at the very least he is the next André Silva. Certainly better than Diouf. Anyway he was already valued at 30m. Not exactly chump change.

Santos takes off Ronaldo and Portugal plays a good game for the first time in years. Also his replacement scores a hat trick. Could not be better.

Like Portugal in the winter.

My ultrawide was simultaneously my worst and my best purchase precisely because of the pressure to upgrade GPU. Especially now that pricing went to hell in a handbasket.

1966 was stolen anyway.

A reminder that 30XX cards and AMD cards are still horribly priced, they just look good next to the pricing catastrophe that is the 40XX series.

Argentina have been serial bottlers at World Cups since 1990. They are just continuing a hallowed tradition.

https://www.statista.com/statistics/1123070/police-shootings-rate-ethnicity-us/ https://www.statista.com/statistics/585152/people-shot-to-death-by-us-police-by-race/ https://www.odmp.org/search/year/2021 Note how almost no policemen die at the hands of criminals. Unless you count COVID, I guess. So you can understand how people going "what about the poor dead policemen?" after black people point out that they are being killed at a much higher rate than other ethnicities by police, sounds a bit offensive. To add insult to injury, let's not forget that thanks to qualified immunity, the "bad apples" that are injuring and killing people, and found to be at fault, suffer little or no consequences for their actions. So people that talk about Blue Lives Matter are usually either ignorant, disingenuous, or practicing active disinformation. By the way, just to makes things clear "bad apples" is in quotes because the problems that enable these bad actions by police, and keep them from consequences, are institutional and systemic.
