  1. This is hilarious. Here's a factual depiction of someone trying to find Peterson's intellectualism:
  2. The notion that the US is an oligarchy, but Trump is not a part of it is hilariously dimwitted.
  3. The notion that what Kissinger did is something that happened in the past without lasting negative consequences that we live with to this day, and will continue to live with for the rest of our lives is, at best, deeply naive.
  4. The thing about Kissinger is that just mentioning Pol Pot doesn't quite get across how monstrous he really was. He really was involved in about every post ww2 war crime of the US. And there were a lot of those. I mean Godwinning a discussion is usually seen as unhelpful or an exaggeration or whatever, but if someone came into the thread to say Kissinger was worse than Hitler, I'd be going like this:
  5. Being happy that the Forrest Gump of war crimes is dead is in fact a very liberal feeling.
  6. The difference is that the financial risk in pensions is taken by the employer, while in 401ks that burden is on the employee. Guess why a lot of the US has moved to 401k. Spoiler alert: it's not because of the return on investment.
  7. Hey, did you know Inmate No. P01135809 selected 1/3 of the current Supreme Court? Wild.
  8. Again, there are verbatim quotes of Trump openly saying he did illegal things. He was indicted for things he has admitted to doing. There are also statements of his that show that he knew what he was doing was illegal.
  9. I like that the indictments seem to be filled with verbatim quotes by Trump or some conspirator going "look at me committing my definitely criminal crimes consciously and of sound mind" or "I knew in advance that the criminal crime I committed was illegal asf, which is why I was in such a hurry to crime it up.", and still you get people going that this is a witch hunt. Like treating a person who clearly and knowingly committed crimes as a criminal is somehow unfair or even ethically wrong. It's just the most back ass backwards logic possible.
  10. I feel like that "supposed" is working overtime in that sentence.
  11. What happens now on the front? Is the Wagner Group contingent gone?
  12. Any basis for this?
  13. What exact cases or allegations regarding Trump were untrue?
