  1. Yeah, he seemed to be focusing on the rock beetles, in those battles. He also seemed to forget some of the characters, at times. Was it the rogue that was left idling most of the time? The rock beetles are burly, but that wood beetle poison will kill a character pretty quickly. If a few of your party members get poisoned it can be tough to recover. We may end up toning it down depending on feedback from the beta. In IE games, poison was one status effect that, if you weren't hauling around antidotes or cure poison scrolls, could easily wipe out your party. I specifically remember a spider infested house in Beregost for example. How many ways are there to deal with poison in PoE?

  3. The PC was maimed in the stream and the game continued.
  4. I added the updated list of predictions to the first post. My guess is December 18th.
  5. London is good for museums and little else. You can also check out Hyde Park for the place where the aliens landed in Rick Dangerous 2.
  6. France in 98 was ok. But Holland, Argentina and Croatia played much better football than they did. Also, Spain in 2010 started out with an abject loss against Switzerland, and then proceeded to never win a game by more than 1-0, with a 2-0 exception against freaking Honduras. Uruguay and Germany were the better teams that year, I'd say.
  7. And also like Brazil in 2002, or Spain in 2010, or Germany in 1990. Or even France in 1998.
  8. The Germans are being way overrated when, by my estimation, they had much less to do with the Brazilians imploding than the Brazilians themselves. Also, I always expect a team that wins so hugely in the semi finals of a major competition to go on and flop into mediocrity in the subsequent final.
  9. Prepare to watch Argentina nullify the Germans and then winning by one goal or on penalties. This will be a cue for more crying and despair from Brazilians and, also, Cristiano Ronaldo.
  10. If you live inside of EU then you will probably don't need to worry about tariffs as Paradox, which is PoE's publisher, is Swedish company and therefore they probably ship goods that going in EU from inside of boarders of EU, which mean that there will not be any tariffs or taxes. If you live outside of USA and EU then you are probably had to pay taxes and tariffs for that sum what Paradox ask for collector edition and it shipping, which is probably about $150, which means that you will need to pay about $37.50 VAT and tariffs that your country asks. Of course depending on what courier Paradox uses there is change that your customs don't take your packet on checking and it comes to you free at charge (of course your duty as law binding citizen is to go and pay those fees anyway). I'm Norwegian so from what i see there wont be any customs fees but the 25% tax for goods worth more than 35$ still applies :/. Which still begs the question of how the package is going to be categorized and how it will be priced. Assuming the goods are shipped from Sweden, and considering that Norway belongs to the Schengen Area, you shouldn't pay anything extra.
  11. A trick of the mind. Go to sleep. Or click here.
  12. The thread to discuss how Scolari is a horrible, horrible manager who deserves everything that's coming to him. Also, World Cup football.
