I have different advice. Before you do anything else, create your main characters. Develop them, see how they fit with each other, what conflicts might arise between them. Then, create the possible, intertwining stories that can revolve around those characters.

So, I was about to use the favourable exchange rates to purchase Galactic Civ II Gold and Mask of the Betrayer from Amazon, when Amazon tells me MotB doesn't ship to my location. So I tried to give it a go with The Witcher instead of MotB, and The Witcher doesn't ship to Portugal either. I guess I'm going to try with CD Universe, but I'm afraid they'll tell me the same thing. And Gal Civ II costs ten more bucks from them than from Amazon. GC II and MotB would've cost $59.94 + $11.97 in shipping charges. About the same as one full game here in Portugal.
