I have only 2 thoughts. 1) Taki is the best because Ninjas are awesome 2) Tekken is more fun, especially as Anna Williams since you can just slap people down

Taunting, the cheesy way to start fights I don't think I did this mission... If it's outside, do what I do, levitate out of range "above" them, and then rain fireballs on them. If you're far enough away, they die and no one "sees" it I once cleaned out Balmora to test that theory. (reloading afterwards of course)

All I have to say is the UN is an outdated concept, with more corruption than the US government and should be disolved... or at least the USA should pull out (which would result in the same thing)
