  1. It was a joke.
  2. Gromnir, I vaguely remember either during TotSC or BG2 development, you stated that you had your secretary monitor the BI Boards and tell you when someone responded for you to reply. Please tell me I am remembering that right. That is absolutely gangsta. NSFW - Parental advisory.
  3. I'm pretty sure they wanted to be included (was there a contest? I don't remember any more), though not everybody liked the specific manner in which they were portrayed. I dunno, only read it on some wiki somewhere, though I do recall seeing Gromnir posting about it not that long ago on these boards saying that there was at least one person who didn't like their portrayal (she was apparently a Coran fan-girl and didn't like them taking the mick in the game). Meant to use that post he made about it as a chance to ask further questions like that and how he and the others felt about it all but never got round to it. Lanfear just didn't have a sense of humor.
  4. 98% Democrat, 91% Bernie Sanders, 81% Hillary Clinton. Seems legit.
  5. Lebron has put up incredible numbers. Not to be denied. But if this makes any sense, the Warriors are absolutely containing him --he's actually not as dominant as the numbers suggest. Iguodala has forced LeBron to work for pretty much each and every shot to the point that he's shooting under 40% for the series. It's a testament to Lebron that he's made so many tough shots, but it's not winning basketball, and the Warriors are absolutely happy that that. For the series, Cleveland is shooting a lousy 38% and Lebron took half those shots. Offensively, Golden State is playing Curry off the ball more than in any other time this season. With the increased minutes for Iguodala, Livingston, and Draymond, it's harder for Cleveland to cover both Curry and Klay when they have so many players capable of handling the ball and making decisions.
  6. Blatter reconsidering resignation? http://www.espnfc.us/fifa-world-cup/story/2491089/sepp-blatter-reconsidering-his-fifa-resignation-report?ex_cid=sportscenterTW Bwahahahahahaha!
  7. You mean, you never saw this?
  8. But have you tried Sauce Castillo? http://www.si.com/extra-mustard/2015/04/14/sacramento-kings-nik-stauskas-sauce-castillo-hot-sauce
  9. True story. I was living on my own for the first time away from family. A wide-eyed youth, going to college...and in possession of four wheels while living in Bicycletown USA - Davis, CA. So naturally, I was volunteered to go with friends to pick up some party household supplies. There was apparently this place in West Sacramento where everything could be had from plastic cups, to pingpong balls, and plastic tablecloths, and booze Kool-Aid. I was doubtful. My family had a Costco membership. There were multiple Targets. Hell, my parents lived within walking distance of K-Mart. Never prepared me for what I was about to experience for the first time. Mind blown. A Wal-Mart Supercenter.
  10. That's a novel idea. How about we just pay to obfuscate post counts all together?
  11. Can we just pay for post counts? Or make it a $$ add on for future Kickstarter campaigns? Gotta monetize this like piecemeal DLC.
  12. "Can I fatbooth your face?" Lols.
  13. Who's flip-flopping? The general narrative is and always have been that the Warriors were going to win. After Game 1: The Cavs were doomed without Kyrie. Game 2: Delly shuts down Curry and steals one at Oracle. Game 3: Delly becomes folk hero and has gym named after him in his Aussie hometown. Dubs need to adjust just like the Memphis series. Game 4: Lebron has a blood circle on his head and Dubs play small and fast on tired Cavs. Iguodala could win Finals MVP. I haven't read or seen much of anything where both LeBron and Curry are interchangeably getting trashed. At least not by the CREDIBLE basketball media -whom I listed. Talking heads looking for shock value and ratings may have said it, but I don't pay attention to the rabble. *edit* I found this. http://grantland.com/the-triangle/steph/ cuz El NiƱo del Oro.
  14. Then you aren't reading any of the good ones. Among the national hoops writers: Zach Lowe, Bill Simmons, Marc Spears, Sam Amick, Chris Ballard, Woj, Marc Stein, Tom Haberstroh, Ethan Strauss, Ken Berger, Matt Moore, Kurt Helin, Seerat Sohi, Ramona Shelborne, Kirk Goldsberry, Shea Serrano, Jason Concepcion, Mike Prada, and Tom Zillit. None of them have written, blogged, tweeted, or podcasted your narrative. Maybe Stephen A Smith, Skip Bayless, Mike Wilbon, or Dan Lebetard. But they're morons. Care to provide a link?
  15. It's the reason why Chris Avellone was fired. Lucasarts forced Feargus's hand and gave them the MCA or Kotor 3 ultimatum. Can't have both. Duh. Obviously.
  16. Who are these write up "experts" you are referring to? Because none of the credible "experts" I follow have written this narrative.
  17. To be fair, both Obsidian and Paizo implied that there would be a Pathfinder CRPG down the line after the tablet game. Of course we haven't heard anything about it since then...
  18. This ain't happening. http://youtu.be/0gpxZSSPvxk *Warning* GoT spoilers.
  19. So can we still have a Chris Avellone stretch goal on Obsidian's next Kickstarter?
  20. Keys for both teams: The Warriors will need to play smallball earlier and more often to get their offense clicking. The Cavs will need to keep doing what they're doing and force the Dubs to slug it out in the mud with them.
  21. Stick figure cartoons. He's going to become a Mushashi Miyamoto-like recluse and master the art form.
  22. Guys. Those announcements were made by C2B and Funcroc, not Obsidianites themselves. Though it hasn't yet been disproved that Funcroc is not in fact, a secret leaking cabal led by Sawyer.
  23. He may be misremembering the stalker/ninja posts from C2B and Funcroc.
  24. It'll be hilarious and/or tragic for the both of us if Cleveland manages to actually win the championship. Lols.
  25. I'm not scared of Delly's defense as much as I'm scared of his reckless abandon. He's gonna continue to get guys hurt. He's feral. As I predicted, Cleveland double-downed on Lebron ISO's and Golden State's defense is able to keep Cleveland contained and not shoot at a very good percentage. Lebron does what he needs to do, but let's not kid ourselves --he's still not making Cleveland's offense particularly good. Just enough to win the last two games. Which is fair enough. Ironically, the byproduct of Cleveland's bogged down offense is that it's stifling the Warriors' preferred tempo and is taking away their transition game --which to Blatt's credit, is by design. Plus the fact that the Warriors are missing UNCONTESTED shots is a huge problem. In Game 2, GSW only shot 5/25 on open looks. It isn't Cleveland's defense, it's that they need to get their head on straight and just play basketball like they normally do.
