The only problem I've had with it is it being the worst racing game I've ever played. My brother says its harder because its a simulator rather than a game. I say what does that have to do with not being able to take a corner at 30 MPH. After 5 minutes playing I was like "Well, I can see why this came free with the system" I wonder how much EB will give me for it...

I'm usually the same. But sometimes I get the odd movie that everyone says is fantastic and I hate it and get angry at the world.

When it comes to games and movies, I don't look for objective reviews. I look for reviews by people with the same taste in games/movies. Regarding Fallout 3, I'd put more weight on the opinion of someone who hated Oblivion and loved Fallout rather than someone who loved Oblivion and never played Fallout.

I pirated that and Date movie a couple months ago because I couldn't bring myself to pay for a rental. While Date Movie was the better of the two, both of them left me feeling like I had somehow lost a part of my soul. Although I admit laughing at the stuntman gags. Such as in Epic Movie where Fred Willard is replaced by a 20 something asian dude for a fight scene, and in Date movie, Alyson Hannigan is replaced by a 6 foot black man for a motorcycle scene.

Not much, I think I got it at HMV in the 2 for 20 bin. It was a good watch, it was odd seing Peter O'Toole as a youngster, and I thought it ended too abruptly, but I liked it.

I could never get into the strategic battle half of the Total War games and just stuck to the overland game which was a lot of fun itself. I'd like to see the total war guys do a game that focuses more on the overland aspect, kind of a mix between Civ, Total War, Europa Universalis, and Crusader Kings. Only fix the noble families. I really got sick of my freaking adopted nobles being the heir to the throne because the actual heir was too young. Or when the king's brother is the heir because the king's 4 sons are too young. It would be neat to arrange strategic marriages to put your king in line for a foreign throne, then along the line have the rival king assassinated so you inherit the throne.

Oh dear god is it predictable. The guys on the SHH forums figured out the ending to the season finale as soon as the whole "exploding man" thing was mentioned. I assume other forums were able to put it together as well. I've been on a huge Stargate binge. Almost finished the series, and just received the first two Atlantis seasons in the mail today. I hate General Landry. Its mostly a mix of the actor being awful, mixed with the character being awful. Seems like every season has a "**** yes! Jackson is ****ing awesome!" moment. Hope Michael Shanks accepts the lead for that 3rd series they have planned. Also, Vala is probably the only new regular character they've introduced through all 10 seasons that I actually liked. Hopefully if Michael Shanks signs on to Stargate: Universe Claudia Black comes along for the ride. They have great chemistry.

This is Kitten, we didn't name her until like 3 months after she was born, so her name never stuck. Copy, named because her markings were pretty symmetrical. Kitten is sleeping in the background too. Phantom, Kitten is her baby. Copy trying to eat my yogurt. I'm a cat person. Cat Eye Syndrome Apparently the cat-like pupils are just one of many results of the disorder.

I personally never understood the Kubrick love. Dr Strangelove was awesome, Clockwork Orange was decent, Full Metal Jacket was half of a great movie, Eyes Wide Shut had some awesome boobs, but The Shining was crap and 2001 was crap. Still need to see Lolita and Spartacus. Basically, he's got some crap and he's got some good, but doesn't really have anything outstanding. Thats not to say I'm in the "Yay a new Rush Hour movie!" crowd. I do like the odd "turn off my brain and enjoy" movie, like Last Action Hero, but then again Pan's Labyrinth, The Fountain, Requiem for a Dream, O Brother Where Art Thou, Lawrence of Arabia and such also grace my DVD collection.

Inward Eye, a band that opened for Finger Eleven a couple months ago in Vancouver. I personally liked them a lot more than F11. http://www.myspace.com/inwardeye Their live show is awesome.

I too enjoyed Fable for what it was. Apparently Molyneux seriously overhyped Fable and those who were following it

My guess is its sposed to be a mass market thing. Something everyone can play. As its done by the Sims guys. But they've shown you can create pretty much anything you want in the creature editor.

At Comic Con I picked up trades 3-8 of Fables. Excellent series. Also, Lucifer totally eclipsed Sandman. Sandman was ok, Lucifer was excellent.

Supes was taken down by Grundy, Metallo, Bizarro, and Parasite if I remember correctly. Parasite and Metallo alone are capable of taking down Supes if the conditions are right. Having Bizarro and Grundy hold him down for Parasite to suck his strength and Metallo to rape him with Kryptonite radiation seems plausible to me. WW getting beat by the cat chick was dumb though. And Supes was only able to survive the nuke in Kingdom Come, which gave him another 20 or so years to absorb solar radiation

Well, it was in a playable state 3 years ago. They've had plenty of time to get each part of the game right.

Theres also Fable 2, which looks to be way better than 1, and I quite enjoyed the first. Dead Rising also.
