It's that part of the year when finding any sort of joy is hard to find. I hate rain and snow so much. Tough times at work. Stock market is shaky and I declined to try out the whole real estate thing I was talking about some time ago. I have also felt rusty the last few days. I need a vacation.

Finished inFAMOUS: Second Son (game #49 of the year) and it was better than inFAMOUS 2 but worse than the first inFAMOUS. It had some nice particle effects going when stuff got hectic.

Yeah same, I loved the whole series and it was one my favourite series of all time. But I think it ended without enough closure about what happened to several main characters? Nucky is a fictional character but I know what happens to most of the others as they were real gangsters, politicians or whatever. I think the last episode was actually the weakest of season 5.

Watched the last episode of Boardwalk Empires and now I am sad.

I think you have to buy a Beta code. I hope that for their next Kickstarter project, Obsidian will offer the Beta to all backers, but in the situation of Pillars of Eternity, the Beta was available only for higher tiers. This basically means that it gave backers an incentive to back at those higher tiers if they really wanted Beta access.

I've got work, some dealings on the stock market and now my father asked me if I am interested into a venture into the real estate market. it is a tempting idea. He has the experience, but I have some experience, too. Try not to do business with family. This one is a tough decision. It is a way to good and steady income for years to come and I might even keep one of the apartments for myself, but I don't know... So tempting, so very tempting. I need to speak with my bank about loans and whatnot. If I made enough money, and it meant I could quit working at the school, then I'd probably be all for it, but I don't see myself working and managing a business at the same time. Even if my dad keeps an eye on things, I like to know exactly what is going on. The (dis)advantages of a control freak.
