Kun killed all of the in Yavin to use their life force. Its not "within reason",besides they are simply the mutated remaining of a Sith crew, they never even left Yavin 4 or have anything special about then. -

People like Jolee because of his views about the force light and dark side, his views are popular and not exactly the character. There is always a risk in using other people characters, T3 had almost no personality and so its safer to use that someone like Carth or Juhami (also they could be dead depending on what choices the player made), problem with his starting levels in The Munchkin Lords beling lower that his ending levels in SW:KotOR can be also explained by a "memory wipe" as such attempts to do something like that to one of the organic characters would tend to raise eyebrows.

You notice I said nothing about Dragon Age so far, the fact if I buy it will depend on several factors and since besides the name we have no info released ... As for The Munchkin Lords, so far the balance tilts towards "pass" but there is a lot of things I dont know, one thing its sure since I do not live in the US of A the fact its "having it" on release its not a issue, I will stand in line until Activision is done with it (since they are the european publisher of LucasArts games) so I have the time to read reviews and first impressions. -

Nothing new that is not already present in previous Star Wars materials, even BioWare based their "Sith look" on Star Wars d20 sourcebook artwork. Not that I am bashing the artist, he did a fine work and remained true to Star Wars original inspirations. -
They CANNOT do a "The Empire Strikes Back" because that movie was left in a cliff hanger for The Return of the Jedi, problem in doing Star Wars games (and making games set on other people extablished IP in general) is that you are not allowed to re-write history. SWKotOR was the OT (as Grommir likes to point out) and it simply cannot be done again, if tried the changes they will failed are rather large and even if they do managed its simply more of the same. What I expect was a SW RPG using the prequels theme, even if Lucas screws up in many aspects his original ideas hold merit, I am not seeing that ... what I am seeing is in fact SW:KotOR II in the full sense of the word, exactly the same as SW:KotOR, except we dont even get the chance to try diferent classes. Only thing that SW:TSL on its own appeals is for munchkins, they are not imaking the required changes to stand on its own ... if I wanted another Star Wars story I would read a damn novel.

Of course not ... despite we starting the game under a Attack, having a planet fallen under enemy weapons and having it destroyed. How can it possible be dark? -irony- The Munchkin Lords looks like that ... Lighting rarely strikes twice, BioWare neglected many aspects to concentrate on others and it paid off (sort off, in the greater view of things it was a trade off). I just love this excuse ... Can I borrow your crystal Ball? I want to win the Lottery.

So what? I said The Munchkin Lords have less options, you slap me with the Munchkin classes as if they are more options, they are not. You really cannot show what more meaningful options do The Munchkin Lords have over Knights of the Old Republic since there are none, ... same old Jedi Simulator, same boring storyline (dont give that crap about being dark, most RPGs stories are "dark", SW:KotOR was dark), same s***ty engine, same stupid force power except its now more munchkin ...

You mean like Arena->Daggerfall->Morrowind? Or like Star Trek:Elite Forces->Star Trek:Elite Forces II? I agree, we have seen sequels that intruduced new content, change of engine and still be (well in some cases not entirely) a sequel. As for observing ... well Academy started as ad on, its simply used the same engine of Outcast as Outcast was diferent (in terms of engine and other things) that shows there was a care and not rush in to follow the sucess of a game. I am suprised (well not since with Full Trottle and Sam and Max being cancelled) that LucasArts shown such uncaring by their games in terms of development time, as it stands the release time allows a development time of what? One years and half? Looks like Academy that was made as a full game to fill LucasArts. -

? Morrowind have a "Game of The Year" edition for the Xbox with included Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansions. Besides Jedi Academy started as a expansion before being turned into a full price "game" ... Again. ... nothing new ... move long ... -

Remenber they are putting in ... Epic crap ...oops, I mean levels. Munchkin class ... oops, I mean pretigue. Light bown with pink circles lightsabers ... oops, I mean more colors. They are changing gameplay (for the worst INHO) so really dont expect much from the story, heck its a Star Wars game remenber. -

Sounds like Jedi Academy ... expect Jedi Academy actually intuduced new things. A lot of things were brokren in KotOR, the force system sould be reworked with something that looks like the movies (and NOT a FPS) and there sould been more freedom in relation to classes. What do we get ... yet nother Jedi simulator, heck they could just call this Jedi Knight 3 and make it a FPS. -
It will be OK ... I dont it can actually evolve from that. No way its going to even treaten TIE Fighter status as the best Star Wars game ever created.
