  1. Well, she's saying the same thing as the other article you posted a few weeks back about how we're all ****ed, so
  2. I need to rewatch that movie!
  3. Haha, yeah, it wouldn't look amiss in a Mad Max movie
  4. Actually, I saw some information regarding Ringhals a long while back, up here in the north atleast, it's greener than solar, and as green as windpower. But then Ringhals has half the amount of emissions of an average NPP somehow, it might also be to old info to actually go on. Actually, Facebooks servers don't capture the heat at all from what I read, though that might have changed during the years, but they are run on hydroelectric power.
  5. That's actually where I suppose their "greens" are going to come from. I know that Facebook placed a servercenter in the north of Sweden to reduce cooling costs, but that place still uses 1TWh of power per year. Thats about 1/50'th of what all of Swedens industriest combined needs.
  6. I think then would be about time for the matrix to emerge. Other than that though, being carbon negative would be the standard, so then they'd have to figure out something else to rub in the eyes of the common person to obfuscate the truth that they're only green on paper not in practice.
  7. Always been a sucker for extravagant uniforms though;
  8. Fix'd
  9. PC Gamer Master Race; loudmouthed and weakwilled.
  10. Achtung; Naughty word
  11. Yep, I'm still definetly on team disband copyright.
  12. I need a bit of a pick-me-up after all **** that's happened today, so after work I bought a bottle of Trinidad T.D.L. to drink this evening. Wow, I really didn't expect it to be quite so smooth as it was, that was amazing!
  13. I don't think she can blame you for that since 95% of people have the fungus that develops into thrush. She's probably had it for a while but noticed it now? I first got it when I had an infection in the achilles tendon and got antibiotics for it. And I'll have you know that the first time I kissed someone I was 29 I wish I could get demoted and keep the pay I have. It's frustrating as hell to have a metric tonne of responsibility but not enough authority to make proper changes, it's taken away almost all of my motivation to do a good job, and start to halfass it like everyone else.
  14. My water heater broke, my car heater is leaking coolant into the car. Again. Coffee machine at work has broken down, and two yard jockey colleagues are quitting so my vacation got is (probably) getting cancelled. Granted the last bit is good since CP2077 got delayed, but still not a good start of the day.
  15. ****. ****.
  16. /jealous We've been about 5 or 6C above freezing here, we had two or three days with actual freezing temperatures.
  17. It's been a while, but from what I remember almost everyone has the cause for it, but you need the right circumstances for it to break out.
  18. Hah! Had that when I was 14, I win by 26 years \o/ Well, it was 20 years ago that I was 14, but I still win /flex In all seriousness though, sorry to hear that
  19. I can wholeheartedly sympathize! I love Sairento and Beat Saber I need to get my thumb out of my arse and get to the computerstore and buy a new tracking station and RMA the broken one I have. It's kind of hard to pull the thumb out of my arse when I need to drive 110km to get there, and also pay a fine for the priviledge of driving on the ****ty roads...
  20. Forgot my wallet and cigarettes at home, came to work my workphone has reinstalled whatsapp, all the workchats are gone... It's one of those mondays ._.
  21. They're pretty big, yeah, about a metre long if I remember correctly.
  22. I'll agree to that, even though some of the things in that game are quite horribly buggy it feels fresh and interesting. And I do love the dialogue stance system they had, it's pretty damn cool. And the reactivity... Mmmm...
  23. Yeah, but AMD was really mean to Intel, the slides, the pricing gimmick, it brought me many lulz. Intel did present comparisons between an AMD gaming laptop with a 2060 and an Intel one with a 2080.. Sure, the fine print states it so, but it's definetly enough to go past most users. 24. ****... I have a m2 that's just been lying here since summer. I truly can't arse myself to install it, even though the gains would be massive. I will say this, but the Corsair 900d was not built for easy access to the screws that holds the expansion cards to the chassis, I need an L shaped special screwdriver to unscrew it, and it takes fricking ages! It took me 30 minutes to tighten down the Vega when I installed it. Oh, how I lol'd.
