Yeah, I'm pretty safe aswell, the company is jointly owned by two governments and we ship alot of medical equipment, not to mention that online shops ship through us. We don't deal in foodstuffs though. On the downside alot of drivers are staying home sick, so my education just keeps getting pushed forward. Oh yeah, someone sadistic as all hell is playing The Sims global edition with our lives.

It really upsets me that they haven't even heard of them, I mean the oldest one of them is 26, but the others are 22 years old.. it's been 3-4 years since they finished their gymnasial education. I didn't expect any indepth knowledge to be honest, but at the very least recognition..

Apropos of nothing, my coworkers made me a wee bit depressed today when noone knew about Pandora. Or Homer, never heard of the Odyssey, except the Assassins Creed game, nor Hippocrates. I'm not surprised they knew about Pythagoras, nor that they didn't know of Eratosthenes. But c'mon, Pandora?! Hippocrates?! ;_;

Thanks, I will do my best So far I feel fine, no fever, no symptoms, but that says nothing really. Same for my coworkers that are still working. From tomorrow I'm borrowing my uncles camper van so I can atleast isolate myself from my mother. I've never really had a proper flu even, so it'd be typical of me to go from 0 to 100.

Double post, but worth it; Sauce; https://www.folkhalsomyndigheten.se/smittskydd-beredskap/utbrott/aktuella-utbrott/covid-19/aktuellt-epidemiologiskt-lage/ "Confirmed cases from laboratory tests are an indicator to follow the development. The 13'th of March the testing strategies were changed for Covid-19. Initially samples were from people that had spent time in areas with confirmed contagion of COVID-19, but since the 13'th of March testing has been done on people with symptoms for COVID-19 infection that is in need of hospital care, hospital workers and people in elder care." That said, we've been told to stay at home if we get any symptoms resembling covid, and we don't need a doctors certificate to get sickpay up to 3 weeks after first reporting sick - so we've got no reason whatsoever to work if we feel ill, we get 80-90% of our wage if we stay home.
-
No, unless you need hospital care or work with vulnerable people, they don't test you, that's why Sweden only has something like *Checks* 2806 cases of Covid. They stopped testing suspected cases after a week or so. Edit; https://www.svt.se/datajournalistik/har-sprider-sig-coronaviruset/ Not updated today as of yet, still an hour or so to go, but it's kinda pointless data to be honest since we don't test that many people.

This might've been a blessing in disguise, two coworkers in traffic went home on Monday and Tuesday, the two days I was home, with severe dry cough... That said, might've been infected well before that, who knows. And none of my coworkers that worked with them are staying home, so, yeah.
-
We don't have any general testing here, the only ones that do get tests is healthcare workers and people that need hospital care, so at the moment we have 2800 cases and 66 dead.

Dayyumn... Bigger is definetly better, but small is good aswell!

Youtube is giving me weird recommendations again, but I thought of you;

Well, you'll still be handling it before that...

Yeah, granted that I don't know how they will design this, but it should be noted at character creation or you'll have many people complaining about how easy the game is. I doubt the vast majority of people playing this game will have the game mechanics knowledge about this.

I'm not a lawyer so I don't know the exact definition of the law, but I'd say it would be the same as profiteering. We're in a state of emergency an they're trying to exploit the governments resources for their own profit.

Comparatively, it's key here Because of bounded accuracy challenge rating is balanced around pointbuy, I had a level 6 Ranger with rolled stats be on par with a group of level 11's if you discount spellslots and slight hp disadvantage. You get a Proficiency (Base bonus to skills and other things you are proficient with every 4th level, starting at +2@lvl 1. So, 1, 5, 9, 13 So if they limit the level cap to 10, you can have a Max proficiency bonus of +4, while a 20 in an attribute is +5...
-
Depending on how they adapt the rules, it's close to gamebreaking to allow rolls, comparatively the pointbuy is pure **** since RAW you can't start with more than base 15 (And then add+2 from your race) for your highest stat. Starting with 18+2 for a 20 which is absolute max without legendary items/equipment. 17 gives you +3, and 20 +5 modifier, that's 6 or so levels difference in base proficiency. I might be off a bit on that number, I don't have the books infront of me right now.

Yep, if it's something they are good at it is finding loopholes. Yeah, infact they should be forced to pay a hefty fine I think.

So while the Swedish government is helping companies out in these times by helping paying wages and sickleave, Volvo decded that they're going to pay out about 1billion $ to the owners after laying off all their workers... ****ing ****.
-
That sucks I'm lucky that I've got an employment that is quite essential, and won't get shut down, plus it's government owned so going bankrupt isn't really a thing. The only thing that could shut us down would be if enough people get sick, then again, Volvo has laid off 25000 people, but while talk of solidarity is going strong, they aren't allowed to come work for us because they aren't allowed to work during the layoff...

Imagine that, those emergency reserves we had here in Sweden were gotten rid of in the early 90's. We used to have thousands of respirators and ICU equipment incase **** hit the fan, but those cost savings man! I read somewhere that we've got among the lowest amount of ICU beds per capita in Europe. Who could've thunk that **** would hit the fan though, imagine those savings!

On this day we lost Albert Uderzo, the cartoonist behind Asterix. He will be missed. Goddamn ninjas are cutting onion somewhere around here.

Hmm.. good point, maybe it's best if I go for a rumenema, I hear that is the quickest way to get the blood-alcohol levels properly balanced! In all seriousness tho, thanks --- Since I'm home, I noticed that electricians has started workin on my sisters house. And history repeats itself. Builders I can sort of understand why they'd not think about things like fuses, they're not nails nor are they made out of wood, but ****ing ELECTRICIANS should know better!

Got something wrong with me, I get dizzyspells coming from nowhere all of a sudden, going from all fine to feeling like I've drank a full bottle of booze. I did give my boss half a heartattack calling in sick though. I'm not getting in a car when I feel like this.
