  1. Worked, ofcourse - no corona vacation for me. We had a small thunderstorm roll on in at about 5pm. It was equal amounts of nice and awful, I was wading through 10-15cms of water on the yard, and thunder was striking all around us; it'd been atleast 30C the entire day, or atleast what it felt like, so it was welcome to get some cooling - downside; massive amounts of rain, I could barely see ten metres. I kept on working despite the thunder and lightning weather, so I was in a state of extreme stress whilst my coworkers was chilling and waiting for the rain to stop. So I was soaking wet and to kept on working after the 15 or so minutes of intense rainfall, so I every piece of clothing I had was soaked through. And whilst being a yard jockey might sound like a nice lax job, it's actually more intense and physical than one might think, and working in soaked through clothes and underwear(underpants, pants, bra, t-shirt, socks and shoes) was extremely unpleasant and chafing is massive all over. It's ****ing ludirous how much skin I'm missing. Especially at the feet, that water I was wading through was full of diesel, rubber, different oils and whatnot and it shows at my feet that has developed red spots all over and I wish I could dunk them in acid or something. Came home, my sister (Incase you've missed it; We mix about as awell as oil and water) is moving in tomorrow in the house next to mine. So me and my mother chilled on the porch with booze, wine, beer and talk for a couple of hours. I drank about 60 cl of disgusting cognac (because "systembolaget" (Google for details) won't ship any proper booze) so I'm getting a bit tipsy from being dehydrated, my mother matched it so I have to give kudos to her; We were "celebrating" one of the last nights of peace and quite before my sister and her kids move in. It was nice, loads of chatting, filled my mother in on some medical details (She's a former nurse, psychiatric mainly, but also early on "normal"/General practicioner nurse) on some of my medical history, and apparently it had passed her completely by things that I've got fricking breasts and had a mammography, even though I told her about it, and she was... well, mocking, which was expected, but still that's as close as sympathetic she will get. It was nice chatting for a while, and just relaxing. Got to mock her back for her belief in Astrology, correcting her ofcourse as I'm likely to do when bull**** hits my face about history of astrology and things like precessesion of the equinoxes and similar. Now I'm feeling the booze hit hard, probably a bit dehydrated so going to binge water for a while but **** if it hasn't been a decent day anyway. Well, except the chafing. Dear god, I'm getting to feel really drunk now. Niiiiiiiice. It'll be interesting to see how much sense this post makes tomorrow!
  2. Yeah, it'd be preferable for me to. That, and I'd look kind of ridiculous in leather and football pads, I'd rather not subject people to that.
  3. Honestly, I'm more worried about Campi Flegrei - it's closer, and situated by Naples - and up until about 2010 the ground shifts in that area was due to hydrothermal activity, while now it's because of shifts in the magma chamber below.
  4. How about Volcano?
  5. Changed exhaustsystem on my car, took 2 hours more than it should because I bought "better" clamps to tighten down everything, the "better" clamps were supposed to fit a 3 inch exhaust system, but the clamps were made for the pipes to be crimped down and then socketed together, the exhaust was widened so you kept 3" all the way. It took 30 minutes per clamp to get the nut on the threads.
  6. Love Brothers of Metal! lml
  7. Don't worry, Vikings stopped physically invading people over a thousand years ago, we only invade you with flatpack furniture and "better than thou" attitudes nowadays
  8. Ah, nice, love the colour! I reckon blueberries from the look, I'm a mite more sceptical about cherry mead I've got a few recipes for mead, I made birch sap mead with a friend, but I'd be interested in seeing what recipe you used
  9. Something different for y'all
  10. Nice, what did you use? Love the Viking blod look
  11. It was when it turned the manipulator around that I broke down for real
  12. Haha! I'd have to gain back alot of weight for that to happen! Not to mention drop to 12cm's height Oh, yeah, I remember that! Those things are annoyingly expensive for what they are, if they were made for men they'd cost a fiver I bet. But noo, and I have need of them now, jumping up and down from the tractor, jogging and walking is.. a pain. Hence the measuring part. Thank you
  13. I need to go and defecate in the face of some gangbanger or Hells Angels girlfriend for that. If you have an immediate threat to your life in Sweden you can get concealed carry training and permission. It's kind of unlikely to get there though, but for someone that lives like me with tens of minutes in police response time, it's theoretically possible.
  14. It did to me when I first glanced at it
  15. Don't, I found it funny, or I wouldn't have clicked like I expected it, the medicine has two uses, as a potassium sparing diuretic and for male to female hormone treatments. Normally when you get it for high blood pressure you get relatively small doses, 25mg or so, I'm at 150mg. Hell, I've even done mammography!
  16. Well, not all sideeffects of medicines need to be unplesant, they're fricking nice I'll have you know Though goddamn painfull, I'll tell you that, I really sympathize with girls plights when it comes to dealing with them.
  17. I've been playing alot of Destiny 2, I've been having quite alot of fun with it, but I made the mistake of going into PvP, it started out about as I expected - getting blasted from the left and right in the start since it's the first time I see the arena, but I rather quickly learn the layout, set off towards a "Heavy ammo" pack, enter the room and see the scoreboard leader pop up from nowhere, take the ammo pack, his back towards me, I open up at his head - suddenly he 180's and one-shots me from across the room with a shotgun... As luck would have it I only needed to play 3 games for a mission I had. Not touching that again, it was okay in the second match where there was no leader, ended up in the middle of the field, but the third match he was back. I managed to get him once that time though, I was shooting at someone else when he teleported into my stream of fire, so that was nice XD
  18. Oh, of course not, that'd be ridiculous! Here I reckon it's used in things like the bonus/malus system for cars; If you buy a brand spanking new car that has "low emissions" you get a tax-break, if you buy a V8 car or similar you get a higher tax. And let's be fair here, it's generally low income people that has to both travel far for work and that has an interest in cars, and there's no way they will be able to afford an electric car. And with them adding a higher tax on cars made after '19 this system has also lead to a massive increase in used car prices. And not to mention monumentally retarded infrastructure projects that experts say will take about a century for the increased co2 emissions to be paid off. Atleast we're not as fond of cameras as the Brittish government is, I'd be pissed living in London with all those cameras.
  19. Today I found out that I have B-cup breasts, so that's nice.
  20. I pay just below 33% in taxes, and that's without the 1.x% churchfee they deduct. Don't forget the VAT on VAT for fuel though The majority of the taxes you and I pay though, go to the municipality and they have nothing to do with healthcare really, elder care though yes, but it's the regional council tax (landstingsskatt) we pay that goes to healthcare, ~11.5% of our wage goes to the regional council and they use ~90% of that money for hospitals and the like.
  21. Yeah, I was back in school aswell, but I didn't really have any problems when I replayed the game about a decade later. Oh, wait... I was unemployed, doesn't count XD I do remember some rubberbanding in the driving missions that annoyed me, at times it seemed like the antagonist gained 200hp and racing slicks on you, but other than that I felt it was decently challenging but not unfair, atleast when it came to the shooty bits.
  22. Sure, improvements can be made, like not having a checkpoint system but that driving is part of what made the game great in my opinion. I loved having an open world as set dressing rather than a gameplay feature, I loved being on the watch for cops, deciding wether or not to risk running that red light at 80km/h. I don't know what you mean about balance issues though?
  23. I went to what used to be my favourite burger place and discovered they've changed owners. Didn't discover they changed owners until after I ordered though, they no longer chuck for their ground beef, and they don't know how to fry fries. I'm miserable right now.
