I was actually hoping they'd port back the new, more natural lighting conditions to the PC version, but early reports indicate that they didn't do so. Oh well, if there's a demand they probably will later, and it's not like the game on PC looks bad.
Is the lighting dynamic in the 360 version?
That's what the DF analysis says, but, as a layman, it seems to me that the differences are more in how they set up the lightsources, bloom settings and HDR rather than PC having prebaked lighting or whatever.
