This is what I spend my lunch hour doing.. These are the games that I've played in the last.. year or so. I have no idea where the other games are, for example my Collector's Edition of Bioshock (with a Big Daddy action figure..). I am guessing they are in a cupboard somewhere. If you're wondering why the picture is so bad, it's because I just stuff all my new games on top of this bookshelf, so when I took the picture I was holding my camera over my head without being able to see the screen.

Am I the only one who finds this post a little creepy?

I agree with this. I was more intrigued by the beginning of Fallout 3 than I was in the beginning of Fallout: New Vegas. But everything was new in Fallout 3, while in Fallout: new Vegas I couldn't wait to go out and explore the world I knew lay waiting for me, so I kind of ignored the main story for the first.. 40 hours or so. That may have had something to do with it. I vastly prefer New Vegas story to the one in Fallout 3, but you guys are dismissing Fallout 3's strengths too easily.

I will not argue that, I was referring to the first Gothic game. Even during the second part I was feeling as if they were gravitating towards an unoriginal "the chosen one" story.

Well, Skyrim is my favourite part of the Elder Scrolls universe, so I can't be too disappointed. But like others, I was wishing for ID tech instead of the.. not so spectacular Gamebryo engine. I mean, going from New Vegas to Two Worlds 2 was an eye opener.

Gameplay videos are almost always shown with godmode on and a character with all powers available. It's not really difficult to understand why, but some people are dead set on crying and whining about everything, so..

Same for me. I started up one game of caravan, clicked on the cards for a while. When they all refused to do anything, I just ended it. It didn't feel very intuitive and I am in no mood to learn an entirely new game within another game, one that I will never ever play anywhere else.

Uncharted 2.. I remember fighting a bunch of guys inside a building while a helicopter was attacking from the outside. After a while, the barrage from the helicopter made the entire building topple over, and I had to throw myself into another building. It was awesome. It's extremely linear, but the characters and set pieces were so interesting and well done that I didn't mind. Does not happen often for me!

Ok, let me recap: Bioware announces a trilogy of Star Wars ripoff games will be released in the coming years. Bioware releases Mass Effect. Bioware releases Mass Effect 2. Bioware announces A NEW GAME WILL BE RELEASED!! Bioware spends weeks teasing about this NEW GAME that will blow the socks off Bioware fans!! Bioware releases strange codes and Facebook hints about this NEW GAME!! Bioware announces the NEW GAME!! Mass Effect 3. ... HOW ****ING STUPID IS THAT?! What the hell was all the drama for then?! EVERYONE knew there would be a Mass Effect 3, they announced it as a trilogy! By having this elaborate marketing scheme for a NEW GAME, suddenly I got my hopes up for an actual new game from Bioware, not them churning out another yearly Star Wars ripoff sequel. This is dumb taken to a whole other level.
