Looks like I'll have to watch that game too. The thing about Gamepass's price that it really motivates you to watch a lot of games. :D

I laid off a lot of the stuff I've been poisoning myself with, feeding my sweet tooth with real sugar instead, so my weight loss has plateaued over the last few weeks. Better than putting some back on. Also shaved, which made me look even less thin than I am. I did buy some 18yo Highland Park while in Helsinki over the weekend, looking at enjoying some of it with the second half of Saints - Buccaneers and mebbe some Saints Row IV later...

Why do you lie? BioWare is a subsidiary of EA, in other words it is a separate legal entity, a company in its own right (how much practical autonomy it has is a separate matter). It will cease to be a company following one of two things A) A merger with another EA group entity B) a transfer of its trade and assets followed by a liquidation. Why don't you just google "BioWare ULC" and then stop spouting this rubbish again and again all over various forums? Just because in the eyes of Moore (or some other overpaid EA suit) Bio is treated as a "division" does not make it disappear as a distinct company, in much the same way as me thinking of you as a "moron" will not make you disappear as a human being. You're right, but having separate legal personality has **** all to do with the subject matter, IMO.

Wait. So you think the typical Rockstar fashion is "ridiculously boring". You didn't like GTA4. You didn't like LA Noire. You didn't like Red Dead Redemption. Why the **** are you buying Rockstar games? Why the **** are you even talking about GTA5? Because in this forum, people spend an inordinate amount of time talking about games they don't like. To be fair Nep, that happens on pretty much any gaming forum. Some people seem to have the need to buy games they will hate, play games they hate for hours, and spend time talking about those hated games on forums. Sure, in this forum it just gets called out every time it happens in a non-Bioware game thread.* *Caveat, I don't read most of the threads here, which can warp my perception of how this phenomenon is distributed.

I actually liked LA Noire, apart from the ridiculously borked interrogation system. OTOH, it's the only rockstar game I've finished apart from vice city.

I've been going through my ultimate fast show box again whenever I have some downtime, 'tis sheer brilliance. I just found out it's only 10 quid on Amazon for ALL th Fast Shows. Hard to turn it down. If it's the "ultimate" box, it doesn't come with the spinoffs, though it was supposed to, when I got it. Still don't have any of them, need to get it sorted (gripped! we're offroaders!).

Eh, Aaryn Flynn remains GM of Bioware Canada (Edmonton and Montreal). Apart from that... former ceo of Major League Gaming... Dear Lord. edit: Bromberg doesn't seem much like an "EA" guy any more than he's a "Bioware" guy.

Iirc it's just long snappers due to their head down stance, but I didn't see the game anyway.

Yeah, I've noticed that change. Wonder what motivated it, it's obvious they had to beat both gta and the new gen of consoles to the market, so I guess it could just be time.

I have. Several times.I must have an overdeveloped sense of selfpreservation.

Well, got mine today. Enjoying it quite a bit so far, in addition to the hilarious spoofs and shoutouts the game seems to have a rather unique feel I can't quite describe yet... Looking forward to some more tomorrow!

New job, new flat, new city. Things deffinitly were looking awesome. Had just made the move of going back to the uni for my LL.D. and also would meet the woman who'd **** me up for, if not life, certainly the years from 28 up to now. Yeah, if it was the best age, I certainly woefully misspent it.

Well, that's how games are generally graded, aren't they? It's not like they have to follow the normal distribution or something. They are, almost everywhere. It just never struck as sensible to me to have a scale from 1 to 10 and have "average" at 7 to 8. I've never seen a 1, 2 or 3. 8 was slightly above average, so average would be 6-7, right?
