I wonder how the stats for LA Noire are going to shape up.

Do they scowl at everybody, or just you? Generally they turn about 3/4 in front of me, adjust their clothing and try to look into the distance pensively.

Hope you find a better job! and good on you for refusing to be **** on. Yeah, seeing how much hair I've lost in the last week was really the last straw, the **** at work just made it easier. Haven't felt this good in almost a year and a half.

E3 2011
Sony US boss (talking to that GTTV guy) said something like - Agent is still in production, but most likely is not exclusive to PS3 anymore. I think Xbox360 version is nearly certain, Wii (on) U possible and no chance for PC version. But you're right, no offical word from Rockstar on any possible new games - no new GTA, Bully 2, Red Dead Redemption sequel, Agent... No way it's coming to 360, Sony and R* had an exclusive deal. Unless you care to provide me with a link where they Sony boss mentioned that. IIRC wasn't Agent part of the deal for originally Sony-funded LA Noire going multiplat? Maybe Rockstar just bought themselves out of that contract with cash money...

Deciding the fates of a couple of planets, for example? It has obviously been way too long since I've last played KOTOR2

Mass Effect 3
I think the main reason they haven't showed Miranda yet is that they are reworking her face - as they obviously, like the machines in Matrix, lacked the programming language to recreate the perfection of Yvonne Strahovski's facial features the first time around.

Dragon Age 2
I don't see why you bring up EPIC. One's character's decisions affecting the game world is a common staple of modern story-driven RPGs, regardless whether they're personal stories or save-the-world ones. MOTB and KOTOR 2 are both personal stories, but in both games your character's decisions greatly affect the game world. Same goes for the Witcher games, and one could even make a case for Fallout: New Vegas. Trying really hard to think how my actions in KOTOR2 had a greater effect on the game world than what Hawke does in DA2. I think we're talking apples and oranges here, I believe the discussion was PLAYER CHOICE and its impact. In DA2, Hawke is the catalyst in events that will have a major impact on the game world, but he is largely caught up in the action, so player choice has little impact in the greater scope of things - just on the more personal level.

What are you playing now?
- Dragon Age 2
Mmh, but the difference is that DA2 doesn't have a "save the world" story, it's more of a personal story (that smells of a low-budget prequel to whatever they have cooking in Orlais, next) of Hawke, and hence all the decisions you do impact his life (and that of his friends), not so much of the world in general. I liked it for what it was, and frankly am a bit amused by the juxtaposition of sniggering at EPIC in the ME3 marketing and complaining about lack of it, here- What you did today
She's either a sadist or we managed to keep it concealed better than we thought. I'm guessing the former, because in my experience all women are sadists. Is she a hot sadist? She's twice my age... and probably wasn't, ahem, my type 30 years ago, either. What about repetitive strain injury from writing complex equations? Or a doctoral dissertation?- Mass Effect 3

Yeah, so I'm getting kicked out of my office for one of the two biggest d-bags in the faculty. (Administrative) Boss's brilliant idea was to put me in the same room with the Ex (who's going to be on maternity leave ad infinitum, apparently). I think I managed to dodge that, I have too many good memories of that particular room to spoil even those. Told my advisor I'm probably going to need a couple of mental health months after I turn this in, I'm close to the Edge:- Mass Effect 3
The earth part of the demo looks a bit more familiar, and brings back positive vibes of the ME1 endgame: http://www.gametrailers.com/video/e3-2011-mass-effect/714872 The other demo level looked a bit messy, but IMO still ages better than the human reaper ;D - Dragon Age 2
