  1. You could answer that with Yvonne ****ing Strahovski, but she's said the pictures attributed to her were fake, so in fact, there is absolutely no reason to look at them.
  2. OK, quick check: 1) Have you control tested for food allergies? 2) Have you now, or very recently, a bear gnawing on your foot? 3) Have you simply stopped giving a toss? 1) A while back, was negative. More likely my POS apartment is covered in mold. I doubt my office has been thoroughly cleaned in this century, either. 2) Not that I've noticed. 3) Most definitely.
  3. Tomorrow, the fifth week of being sick starts. I was again feeling better, and today my throat is again in active pain. I'm starting to get pretty fed up of this and the docs are all
  4. Soo, while I suffer from a case of having a brilliant future behind me, Josh Gordon has it a lot worse: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000389194/article/josh-gordon-to-work-as-a-car-salesman-per-report
  5. Yarp, and they often lack proper, full legal training, meaning that their application of law is rudimentary at best and wildly inaccurate and damaging at worst.
  6. I like Curse of the Azure Bonds. Not the game but the box art. The redhead with the half-exposed boobs on the box cover is certainly more appealing than the skull on the Baldur's Gate box. Coincidentally Alias along with Vala (secret of the silver blades) and Isabela (da2) are my favourite npcs. I'm afraid I'm not a very subtle man.
  7. They might have been abused in some fashion, or they've just swallowed an ideology - in this case a subdivision of feminism - whole and have subverted their whole world view to it. You meet people like that in other places too, like the Witcher vs. Dragon Age thread
  8. Which is still a lot more to look forward to than Bucs fans have! We have a new coach (a decent one finally not a gimmick) and an all new offense and defense so this season figures to be a slow motion train wreck. But it might still prove more entertaining than watching the Rays lately. Well, your first week hosting Carolina is going to be interesting, considering what's happened to them during the offseason, too. Final five games might get a bit depressing, though!
  9. ĂŤ knew people would object to what I was saying, but as I mentioned this is exactly what the women journalists were saying. Maybe we should at least try to consider it because they are women after all and they would see this differently to how men see it ? Nah, they are just crying "rape" instead of "wolf"
  10. Loomis craftiness continues, they signed Junior "12 sacks" Galette to a four year extension (so six more years left on his contract) so they can concentrate on Cameron Jordan next. Still, the ILB and CB situations are worrying, I don't think we have a backup tackle and our kicker missed a long PAT in the preseason. I swear, the front office has mixed up Patrick Robinson and Patrick Peterson and nobody's had the hear to tell them the difference.I mean, they both play as #21! Also, I totally lied in the first post.
  11. Invasion of privacy =/= sexual abuse. Everything is "tantamount to rape" at the moment, I find it nearly as despicable as I find, say, the invasions of privacy themselves, as, well, I really shouldn't have to point out the difference between rape and some cheesecake pics getting leaked.
  12. Loomis was pretty crafty. Released both kickers (probably with an understanding that they would resign one of them) to protect Griffin. Then waited three days for QB needy teams to fill their slots before waiving Griffin. And then resigned Ryan Griffin to the Saints practice squad. I don't think Bailey is going to be resigned. Angerer getting waived was a stunner. Anybody hear what the deal was with that? Apparently too injury prone ( and those dumbasses had no idea whatvto do with him, either)
  13. "Cowboys - still mediocre, now with an extra side of Michael Sam!" Saints are running a release/signing carousel that I am sure is making Bill Parcells proud, and I have no reason to suspect it's even close to being over. (Suspect Bailey coming back on week 2, Angerer getting signed or something equally random)
  14. Regarding your other point: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000362613/article/dallas-cowboys-players-read-mean-tweets
  15. I don't think "lazy" is quite right. Greedy, desperate or arrogant I can take, since it's obvious those three were motivators at different kevels of the organization (I love how they showed Laidlaw to face that project and then promoted him for taking one for the team after the furore died down...). Now, they've pretty much told us where it all went wrong, so I'm confident that they won't make the same mistakes again. However, due to the repeated changes in the release date, I am worried about other issues...
  16. Yeah I avoided them like the plague. It is not going to be the same type of year, at least until they get Bowman and Aldon Smith back. Well, Ray McDonald (defensive lineman) was arrested over the weekend. Lucky for him, it was a domestic violence charge, so he'll likely just get a slap on the wrist, because to the NFL beating the **** out of a pregnant woman is no big deal. Thank goodness he didn't smoke some weed or snort a line, they'd throw the book at him.Well, Goodell got chewed out so bad last time, this time it's probably gonna be for life, just to suitably overcompensate.

  18. The people behind these aren't the ones you voted, but the thousands of unnecessary eurocrats hired after the Eastern expansion. EU was a massive bureaucracy already in the late 90s, but the "necessity" of having equal representation from all members states lead to a massive ballooning when the new 10 were added. Crap like this is the result of those unnecessary people keeping themselves occupied. Back when I was a lobbyist, a large part of my work was actually blocking retarded ideas like this one. In this case, I don't believe there is a conspiracy, but like that one song says, it's just a headless blunder (of incompetence). Big Money has nowhere the impact on the EU legislative process you'd think. Thank you, it feels much better knowing that we have nothing to do with this, and that it was implemented by nameless beaurocrats. Well, the people you voted did rubberstamp this, because they are idiots who are there because they were Miss Finland at some point. Or valedictorians at school.
  19. In a high-handed move, I started a new one for the season. I'll keep roster moves until Sunday in the other one, I'm OCD that way. Here's my one prediction for Sunday:
  20. our iwd party were almost invariably a 4-man group as it resulted in faster leveling: a paladin, specialist mage (elf or human), gnome thief-illusionist, and half-elf ranger-cleric... typical with the cadaverous or skeletal undead racial enemy. the only problem with this group is that it were a bit over-powered once the mages developed a meaningful spell repertoire. the ranger-cleric were a smidgen less effective at turning undead in dragon's eye than a vanilla cleric would be, but the addition o' druid spells and the dual-wielding dervish o' destruction melee efficacy more than made up for the early limitation. dual-classing could provide a more powerful group, but we never had the patience to babysit effectively under-powered party members til they hit the dual-class sweet spot. our 4-man iwd group (and frequent bg2 group) were allowing us access to pretty much all the potential content in the game, while giving us an extremely capable group. HA! Good Fun! Manifested let me know when you start noticing the fact that there is no meaningful interaction with your party members. That was my primary criticism with the game Frankly, if you'd never played bg2 (just the first one), you wouldn't notice a whole lot of difference.
