finishing up new vegas with dlc run then portal 2 finally then i might pick up witcher 2 on gog then some of my backlog: enslaved, splatterhouse, dead space 2 (all three of these games have gotten a few hours of my time before i gave up on them, i feel like each of them deserves another shot- even splatterhouse)

sony is having a rough year.

i was planning on waiting a while for this one but it sounds like its worth getting early. i'll probably get it from gog this weekend how is this game going to look with a 9800gt and 6 gigs of RAM?

each game might be getting shown for some specific reason, perhaps doom 2 has some insane map they want to show and its better than doom 1 for such purpose? marble madness ruled.

i like this. but i havent noticed the junk being as bad in FNV as it was in FO3, it might just be that i got used to it though

i think planescape as a setting should be revisited with a quality game. but a direct sequel to torment is a bad idea imo. leave it alone, its a classic.

i thought ToEE was about as good as icewind dale 1. i played it, somewhat enjoyed it, and then put it on the shelf.

i have to be one of the few people who think la noire looks mediocre/bad. i LOVE film noir, and this game just doesn't strike me the way red dead did (with respect to my love of sergio leone). hopefully im wrong though and the game is amaaaazing.

no way i'm stoked for the tribals to make a return, and im super stoked to have another largish world space to explore. can't. wait. edit: not to mention the burned man and courier six were the most intriguing things in the game and now we get some answers. that was a smart decision to sprinkle those bits into the main game to set up interesting dlc

whoa whoa whoa whoa wait a second that is 184x24? 24 hours a day? thats 4416 hours. thats more time on 1 game than i have spent on EVERY game I've played for the past FOUR years. (20 hours a week, 50 weeks a year) something is off with that number right?

I'm fairly sure I have a similar number in BG2. Hell, I have over 300 hours in ME2 ;D Dragon Age: Origins 265.3 hrs on record This includes Awakening hours, I imagine, since they run off the same executable. I apparently really liked DAO. Fallout: New Vegas 143.3 hrs on record Mass Effect 2 116.6 hrs on record I guess I should spread those TF2 hours to other games. i've got about 180 in FNV, 100 in FO3, 100+ in Morrowind, 100+ in Oblivion, about 200 in Guild Wars, another 50 in the expansions, probably about 150 in dragon age the game with the most amount of hours though? probably Street Fighter 4. I have about 300 hours in that game (well, if you combine SF4 and SuperSF4) back in the day i spent a ton of time in starcraft, fallout 1-2, TIE Fighter, and a bunch of other games, but i didn't keep track of time back then so i have no good clue as to how many hours I actually spent on those games. Actually, I just realized that if you add up all the times I've played FF7, Planescape Torment, and Deus Ex, you probably have over 300 hours each.... hmmmm

i played vanilla oblivion for about 40 hours, and modded oblivion for another 100. i got quite a bit out of that game. now it is almost unplayable for me, even with mods (all i see are the flaws). cant wait for skyrim
