Yeah, I'll disagree with that. TW voice is atrocious. It is severely grating. Shephard is nowhere near those levels. It's not that bad, really, compared to most other (Eastern) European developed games. It's just the "mayhap" in every single sentence that's really annoying. I sometimes think a lot of European studios use their leftover budgets to quickly pick up a few random foreign exchange students or language students from a local university to serve as "voice actor".

Drakensang: TRoT has already been published here ages ago. Yeah, you guys even got the cool cover.

Don't tell me you like the voice-acting in Two Worlds as well? Meer sounds about on par with the hero from TW (whom I believe, was one of the developers). But in TW, all voice-over is pretty lackluster, so it doesn't really stand out so much. Unlike ME.

Drakensang: tRoT finally leaving the Heimat.

Arkham Asylum. Though Batman is pretty much the lamest DC hero, game seems pretty good so far. Though I don't get why Batman needs to do the stealth shtick, if he's so badass that he can knock out any group of goons without effort.

I don't doubt he's a swell (and pretty hot) guy, but he's a terrible voice-actor. Go look up the Shadows of Amn ending movie, even in that one he sounds exactly the same as in ME.

The reason why you can't kill everyone in the village is because you're supposed to be a model villager known & loved by everyone; not to mention the village is typically going to be razed to the ground, with you being the only survivor out for revenge. I'm unable to download the demo due to download limits, but it seems a lot like Two Worlds 1 to me... not a bad way to pass the time until Two Worlds 2 comes out.

Meh. As long as they don't block the porn, all's well.

Big negative for GoG is that in some cases you can't get a game without certain fanmade patches/mods already pre-installed. They should make those optional for download. Not to mention, how they remove the DRM is sometimes... questionable. I recall some drama about them using a reloaded crack of Arcanum a couple of months back.

In Gothic 3 you start right off the bat with killing all Orcs in a town.

Many enemies near the end use cleric spells that only work against good party members, like Blasphemy and Unholy blight. An all-evil or all-neutral party has, ironically, a much easier time in the end.

It's interesting that "saving" the Baroness isn't even mandatory. One can ignore her and her assets, which will lead into her succumbing to torture and signing the document stating that she did not give birth to Foltest's bastard child.

Hahaha, so the part with the breasts was apparently just an embellishment by some drunk, fat storyteller (Zoltan Chivay?). In your face, whiners about CD Projekt's "gratuitous nudity". This game keeps inclining with each new piece that comes out.

Witchers are immune to diseases. Part of their charm in a world where sex is pretty much the only recreation for common women.

I'll give it a try and see if my 2+ year old computer can handle it. It could handle Risen pretty well and this game doesn't look better than that; hopefully the game's well enough optimized.

What exactly makes these Koreans so exceptionally good at this game? Can they multitask better or do they have some better grasp of strategy?
