They likely picked Norway because security there would be lax compared to other European countries currently engaged in Libya and/or Afghanistan (and who've already been under direct or indirect terrorist threat). Frankly, it's a miracle nothing has happened yet in Brussels.
Well, it does the same amount of damage as the Legendary Deathclaw, but has more than twice its health. I blasted it with the Brush gun while Veronica used her Gauss rifle. It went down quickly.
Personally I thought
was best.
I might have to purchase Beyond Divinity from GoG, since my old CD version still has the Starforce DRM (which Vista doesn't like) and although Larian's patch removes the DRM, it still needs to be installed first.
Dialogue & voice-acting in the beginning is indeed cringe-worthy. I clicked through it as fast as possible. I also dislike fighting respawning lobotomites and nightstalkers. The main quest so far seems a mish-mash of "Superhuman Gambit" quest in FO3 and Point Lookout.
Best part of the DLC is the references to Dead Money and Lonesome Road.
Maybe try playing as a Vanguard? You'll still spam the same ability over and over again, but at least you'll no longer hide behind a brick and play whack-a-mole with the enemies. It's far less boring.
Brujah with maxed Potence and Celerity can kill garou in melee.
A Toreador with maxed Celerity and enough bullets may be able to as well. The garou isn't as tough as it appears.
