8 is the perfect amount for me. Usually I sleep 7 hours and the 1 additional hour is for just being in bed before and after sleep. I simply need this one hour of doze-tyme. A few years back I was sleeping like 5 hours a day for a full year. In the beginning it was working good, but at some point I felt totally trashed every day until I managed to get myself into bed earlier. This night I got only 5 hours again, because I couldn't stop playing silly games... and now I already regret it.

So now I had to google the name as well. Is this another transgender person? Makes me wonder why there seem to be so many in this event thingy that is going on. Is it just because they are making so much noise or what? Or is it true what some girl on Reddit a while ago wrote "it's mostly men who want to be women complaining about men"? Pls someone enlighten me.

I thought it was stupid how melee kills are loud and melee knockouts were silent. There is just no reason why anyone would ever use the melee kill. You had to press the button longer and you were making noise, which could result in other soldiers running to your position. They should have done it the other way around- then at least you had to deal with the moral side of it (kill or not to kill) when trying to get through areas silently.

Well, if you want to go this way... Pillars is actually 3D as well, with fixed camera angle and pre-rendered backgrounds. Most of the scenery objects in Shadowrun should be 2D graphics as well, if I remember correct.

Luckily I only had to pay like 63€ for the fixes of my bike. I'd thought after my crash there would be more broken. Just got new breaks and a new front wheel / inner tube and that pretty much was it.

Like others already wrote... Obsidian makes complex games usually with lots of Choice&Consequences. You can't compare this to a Mass Effect, where all but very few actions lead to the same result. It's really not the same. If you look closely, you can see that Obsidian is trying to streamline their processes to produce as little bugs as possible (just look at how games like Fallout and Arcanum are structured and how e.g. Dungeon Siege 3 is), but still it is impossible to work 100% bugfree due to all the possible variations that can happen.

Damn. Was looking forward to get a rifle swinging plate armor wielding fighter woman in my party. Now I'll guess I have to create my own in the tavern.

Hey, why did nobody mention Cadegund? Wasn't she supposed to be a companion or something? I am not that far into the game yet, but now I wonder if she got the cutz.

Oh, this started WAY before the limerick. Check the Caedgun's Boob Plate controversy of 2012...which happened during the kickstarter Boob plate was stupid and I am glad it got removed.

I've already assembled my outfit from the PS3 version: Took me quite some time to find the heide iron mask... they changed the loot position.

Neither can I, pal. Dark Souls 2 was released in 2014. DirectX 9 was released literally twelve years before that...DirectX 11 5 years. Why didn't it have DirectX 11 support to begin with? For that matter, why did the game look worse in some areas than DS1 did? Why are people paying $20 to $30 for this cash grab, this predatory practice? I just don't get it. Maybe it's the fact that I don't much like Dark Souls 2 to begin with...but I don't usually feel the need to tell people how to spend their money. I just feel like it's an awful precedent to set and encourage. FromSoftware and Bandai should be under much greater fire for this crap. Restarted PoE because of the new patch. Playing a Cipher now. My previous class was ranger, and I can't help but feel rangers completely suck now...but maybe I just didn't build mine right. DS2 probably wasn't made by the exact same people who made DS1. I am around 9 hours in now and approx lvl 55 again. What I can say so far is: The Scholar of the First Sin is A LOT easier than the original DS2. The streamlining some of the moshpit encounters was enough already to remove many of the death's I've got while playing. Then again, it might also help that I had around 200 hours of DS2 on PS3 already before.... What I also found out: PC version has a so called "60 fps bug" which results in items / weapons degrading much faster than normal. Felt a bit strange to me that I had to cycle between 3 weapons all the time from one fireplace to the next. I don't like it, and it looks like they won't fix this (it was already in the Dx9 version).

I stopped reading after the first 4 or 5 gravestones. :D /Edit: If I would have been responsible for proofreading that stuff, I'd fly over everything and scan for offensive language only. After probably max. 1 hour I'd be done with the 500 entries and then would never think about it ever again.

Heh, did the same... but that doesn't change the fact I won't be playing the titles again in the next 10 or more years. Still feeling completely Stalker-burned-out.
