I'm feeling like I've seen the whole movie now.

The biggest problem is probably all the chicken you have to eat all day long. For months you won't do anything else but eating chicken and train muscles. Sounds horrible to me.

Uhm how can you not check your own bank account, especially if someone else apparently has full access to it.

I wonder if he would have paid back the money he got from CDP if the Witcher games had failed completely.

I could see self-driving trucks work on these endless long, straight american roads. Not really in busy city areas, etc.

One of our van drivers is paid by weight and for every stop on his tour. Don't ask me why, everyone else has a different contract.

"Gameplay" looks a lot like cutscenes half the time.

I've watched the Solo movie yesterday. It was not that bad, but felt so pointless. Kinda like all the new Star Wars movies (well, except The Last Jedi, this movie was just awful in every way possible). What I never like about these origin movies is how everything you knew about the character(s) is somehow explained in the movie... but the movie is usually set in a very short span of time. That means, somehow everything that defines the character for you happens to them in a very short time.It just doesn't feel natural. Imagine you meet an influential older person and he tells you that everyone he knows and everything he does... he picked up in a one week field trip 20 years ago. Also I don't know why that is, but I really don't like the most visible Game of Thrones actors outside anything but Game of Thrones. Not just Emilia Clarke, but also with that redhead from the new X-Men. Maybe they just can't convince me as good actors or something... dunno.

My problem with the stream of very short one-map dungeons is that they feel like a checklist you're working through on future playthroughs.

The thread itself has proven your point already. If we're being honest, it's gotten pretty bland now, since the drama died down. Then again, perhaps it was the drama that was entertaining souls and not the news after all? Or maybe, just maybe there aren't any interesting gaming news right now. I mean it's kinda proving the point with barely anyone replying to your trailer marathon.

I get these mails couple times per day since a week or so. It's funny because it is always the same text, but always a different translation to german.

As little children we occasionally played with grandparents chickens and imagined them to be dinosaurs. Funny how it probably was closer to reality than the depiction of dinosaurs in the media. :>

I've got 10 entries on have I been pwned already. The biggest problem is that some of the data leaks are just merged with others and then reappear... meaning, by now it's impossible to tell how old the data is and if I have to change my passwords *again* or if it's all fine.

This is pretty stupid, as the chance for female generals to appear is generally *really* low AND it only happens for a few factions. Romans for example will never have female generals spawned.

The beginning of that season actually floored me in a way. It was so different and more tense than before. But yeah, by now it's like it has fallen back to the old TWD ways, which is a real damn shame. This could have become so much more... Well, one episode left to go for this season... and yeah, the sudden appearance of the villain is very... ehhh. As if someone realized, damn, how the heck do we end this season?

So Fear the walking dead is getting stupid again. Why the hell do people get bitten in places that are covered in thick clothes? It's just so stupid. And you never see it happening, it's always later "oh look, somehow this zombie got through the clothes even though we saw them fight and nobody reached that area." Would have been a nice twist if that bitten guy would have turned out to be immune. Now that could have led the story to some new, fresher grounds. Shame we probably never see something like that.

Sounds pretty stupid to me. Humans would easily turn this into a hunting / sports game and soon the dinosaurs would be gone again.

I guess they thought the fans will buy it anyway, just because of franchise X... turns out this isn't how it works.

Sure was perfect with all the locked and trapped containers on every corner, or the ever repeating, boring and tedious combat encounters on the worldmap, or the rather linear story in the second half of the game, or how you were spamming the perception skill at all times... I'm too lazy right now to think of more things that had been damn near perfect.

Well, it's not the only issue I had with it. I've also lol'd when they said "Wakanda über alles!" (Wakanda above everything) ... that's some very third reich thing to say. :D Still, the breaking of the formation is so painful to watch. They were fighting furious melee enemies, there really was no reason to do any such thing. Imagine the ancient romans charging into barbarian hordes instead of using their famous testudo or any other shield wall formation... I'm guessing history would look a lot different then.

Don't remind me of this scene. I've face palmed waaay too hard when they gave up their formation and just rushed at the enemy. This was just too dumb.

Turns out, this last Avengers movie was actually pretty good. I didn't fell asleep at all, and generally it was quite captive. /edit: But this Wakanda stuff is still super stupid and I just can't take it serious.

Still Wasteland 2 has or had a truckton of problems that make me not wanting to replay it ever again.

For me it simply was their style of games. TWD S1 was ok, TWD S2 already bored me so much, I never finished it. Also the graphic style was pretty much always the same, etc. etc. Just didn't worked that well on me.
