Spent the day being mostly PO'd at a coworker. Started with him taking my baseball stress toy off my desk, then built on from there. Although I did have a funny moment where I was playing with a coworker's knife when he returned to his desk. Although that was more than compensated for by customer hilarity. One was someone essentially running a report collating data for 3 years worth of financial trades then wondering why the DB was chugging and another was a customer that let a bug fester for 6 months supplying corrupt data before reporting it. Ahh, gotta love it.

Didn't say it affected you, just that I misunderstood your original post. I guess I have a different standard for 'bashing' that what's on display here. Mostly just seems like their reactions to the 'news' of the game. As for the Codex, it's not a singular entity, so you'd have to match up the names of the 'bashers' with the repeat players.

Wasting my day reading comments lionizing a cop that got run over by a snow plow as a fallen hero who gave his life defending society. Pretty crummy way to die. Other than that we got 2 inches of snow, the city has ground to a halt with transit and traffic crawling, kind of funny given that we're in freaking Canada. Yet to see a snow plow out on the streets as well.

Christian Bale flatlining on the emotion reader and then kicking the bejebus out of everyone else with gun-fu is win though. Most of the fight scenes were pretty good, well except for the warehouse where he strikes the pose and they just watch him for 2-3 seconds. Fianlly saw that WH40k movie. Not that bad, animation was decent for what I presume the budget was and the studio. Story for it was kind of meh. That strike cruiser has 12 marines on it, led by the freaking Captain of the 5th Company too. Also, the bit where they suspect a heretic and it comes down to a guy that somehow survived a fall with a daemon attacking him or a Chaplain was kind of funny in a fluffy sense.
