Hmm looks like i'll be taking the new $110 tier for PE. As much as i like CE boxes, i'll take all digital over them. So $50 less for OE \o/ :D

I've backed Double fine - 15$ - it was over before i decided to up it Wasteland 2 - 55$ Banner Saga - 25$ Shadowrun Returns - 30$ Planetary Annihilation -20$ Broken Sword - 25$ Project Eternity - 140$ +20 $ postage I was either broke or not that interested in: Xenonauts, Spaceventure, Deadstate, Larry, Valdis Story, Jane Jensen's ..., - I will keep my eye on these though. And maybe i may end up buying them when they're released like i did FTL.

I would have loved it a lot more if it was closer to Uncharted combat. I'm not sayin it' better, i just like it. A lot of traversing up and down, left and right. Should swap camera. Blindfire shooting from cover. Maybe even some Vanquish added. Like aimed fire while being mostly in cover. ... Proper running animation would have been nice too. :D

I remember playing the first one a long time ago... Once you got used to the Alien's perspective it became very fun to play. Sucked to be a marine though. Life expectancy was predictably short I get some bad memories from the predalien battle in 5th? level. I don't think i ever got pass that. And am i remembering falsely or is it true, that there was no manual saving there, just checkpoints quite far apart?

The Order needs someone with actual PS skill making those shields. They look abysmal right now, like something thrown together in a minute by a first time PS user.

You don't play Baldur's gate if you use megamod. You play Baldur's gate 2 with extra content. All the magic of BG1 is lost. The only thing first time players should think about using is Widescreen mod. Nothing else if they want to experience the pure Baldur's gate game.

But firearms had to evolve for a few centuries before heavy armor became obsolete. At this point where the have wheelocks the best plate armor should still protect you just fine, especially if you add some magic barrier to go with it.
