  1. This Morrigan chick looks kinda hot, but the PC with the red dress has some totally awkward pigtails on her side. But hey, like in video games, it's not always about the outside...
  2. I personally doubt that, but it's still gonna be healthy enough to make everyone at EA/Bio happy. I've yet to see a Bioware product that commercialy failed. The doctors know what they're doing.
  3. Didn't they somewhere say a Gears of War like cover system? Does that mean it will be a third-person shooter, or will they handle that like in Brothers in Arms? Anyway, I don't like it if the camera zooms out and I can look over corners. The cam better stays in first-person or else...
  4. Your video card will just barely meet the minimum requirement, so if you're lucky, you'll be able to play it at minimum details and standard resolution. You better pop in a 8800GT or 9800GT or so (very cheap these days) and Fallout 3 will magically transform into a pretty game that runs smoothly as well.
  5. A little OT, but I never understood why Americans are calling one party "The Republicans", the other "The Democrats". A Republic is a state form, while a Democracy is a form of government. So American citizens live in a Republic, which is governed democratically. And yet, "The Republicans" and "The Democrats" are seen as two different things. One can't be the other and vice versa. Weird.
  6. Anyway I'm gonna pick it up next week for the PC. I just hope it won't be too easy, because FPS made primarly for consoles tend to be too easy.
  7. Of course it will be profitable. Star Wars + KOTOR + Bioware = Decisive Win. Always.
  8. They haven't been officially announced, but I expect they won't be too high.
  9. The joke is that DX3 is supposed to be settled in 2027, but deriving from the scans that looks more like 2127. The somewhat exaggerated style is questionable, but that blonde dude with the Crysis Nanosuit and these mutant like face just looks silly. Kinda like Small Soldiers meets Deus Ex or what?
  10. Deus Ex was never a Roleplaying game, it's a FPS with plenty of room for player expression.
  11. I might know.
  12. Well I just saw some of the scans and it looks....interesting. But I fear this game won't bring back the rather intelligent gameplay that DX1 had. Seems like Eidos is striving for a fast-paced action game, but that doesn't surprise me at all.
  13. Click Since this game isn't made by the original developer, I'm not too excited about it. And that Auto-healing thing sounds just horrible.
  14. Bioware and LA knows. Who knows who is Killian Kalthorne? Killian Kalthorne of course!
  15. Fallout 3 is in development since 2005? Seems not that "archeological" to me. How is that comparable with a game that is for 10 years in development?
  16. And now what does have Fallout 3 have to do with DNF?
  17. I don't know about you guys, but I'm actually looking forward to Kotor 3 and Kotor MMO. It's a win-win for me.
  18. Most propably, it will just be a good, solid and fun shooter. Nothing groundbreaking there.
  19. Are you suggesting that we're gonna play a fix female character in Aliens RPG, or will you just promote a female PC when the game gets announced?
  20. The demo was easy indeed, but that's because I've played it in N00b mode. Anyway, not having played any of the predecessors this was actually a quite refreshing take on WW2 shooters.
  21. I've played a bit of the LittleBigPlanet Beta, and I must say this is the most creative and fun experience I've had since Portal. No wonder, this is developed by ex-Lionhead employees, so it gotta be hilarious. Sooner or later I'll wind up picking this game up.
  22. You know that LA internally started development of Kotor3, but this was then scrapped and turned into what I think now is TFU. Anyway, there're still chances Bio Edmonton or Obsidian are doing a Kotor3.
  23. I've never played any of the Brother in Arms games, because WW2 shooters never really appealed to me (both gameplay-wise and the superficial portrayal). Today however I tried out the Hell's Highway demo from PSN, with no great expectations, but coming from the guys who made the best Expansion pack of all times (Opposing Force for Half-Life), and the same people who are also responsible for the upcoming Alien Colonial Marines, I thought I should give it a shot. Well, I was really positively surprised. There's no wild and brainless shooting, rather it plays very slow and tactical, with the main goal to always advance your squad into certain positions and trying to outflank the enemy. Sounds simple (and it was in the demo, actually), but I see there's some potential in that mechanic. I also kinda liked the presentation of the characters, and the overall feel of the game. So, anyone already played the full version and can give some impressions? I seriously lean toward picking it up next week.
  24. Rumours say the Star Wars MMO developed by Bioware Austin will be unveiled "later this month". *Fingers crossed* Click
