This should be technically possible, since Bethesda is also a publisher. Beth still could make a F4, while Obsidian could make a Fallout game more in the vein of F1/F2 style. Because now that the brand has been reinvigorated and is selling pretty well, chances are that more Fallout games will mean moah money for both Obsidian and Beth. Plus more happy customers.

Trading what specifically? The Eurozone already exceeded the US economically. Production and high-tech firms are more and more being outsourced to China/India. And the EU strives to become more independent in regards to ressources. With the exception of software/entertainment, I don't use any US made products at all.

Because they're your trade partners, and military allies, and potential enemies. Or, as I like to put it, a man who keeps stealing mopeds is an obvious cycle-path. Trade partner? Anything important that the US produces, with the exception of hollywood movies and video games? No? Last time I checked, all products I use are Austrian/China/EU made stuff. We don't need you. And we don't need military protection from you either. Why should the US all of a sudden build consensus with the rest of the world community anyway? They did pretty well by doing what they please on their own. Like attacking Iraq... Again, I don't see why Obama will change that. With the exception of some visitations, hand shakes and shallow speeches "We're your ally", nothing will significantly change. The PS3 will be officially supported till 2015 or so. And like the PS2, the best games will probably be released in the last years of it's life cycle. Xbawks? I played a bit the Beta, but lost quickly interest. Maybe I'm a bit too grown-up for that kind of simplistic experience. Otherwise, it was very creative and well made.

I'm interested in what those things are. So far the biggest annoyances have been the invisible walls, which I can manage, and the stupid way they've designed the difficulty levels. Hard is still too easy, but the hardest level gives enemies too much HP. First mod I want is one that tweaks the difficulty. Just wait when you enter Vault 87 or have to fight against hordes of Enclave soldiers. Plenty of challenging fights there.
