  1. No day passes without hearing a pervert story out of the UK.
  2. Well good then I only play the good ones.
  3. I thought the Betty and Barney Hill abduction case (if true) was pretty cool.
  4. They have done it with DA2, why do you think they would go back to a disccheck now?
  5. Well, I guess some people like playing boring economy simulators.
  6. Woah, there're quite a few games that are now coming out in May and June. Not sure if DS3 is on my buy list. I mean I love Obsidian, but the game looks kinda dated and retro. Not sure if this is a good thing.
  7. Nobody outside Germany really gives a damn about the Anno series. Nobody outside Germany really gives a damn about the Anno series. Nobody outside Germany really gives a damn about the Anno series.
  8. Alpha Protocol started development in March 2006, so they used a very early version of UE3. I just don't get why they haven't updated it to a newer version, there was plenty of time.
  9. Mike Laidlaw was also the Lead Writer on JE1, your point Nightshape?
  10. Nice setting, but horrible game.
  11. Nobody outside Germany really gives a damn about the Anno series.
  12. Well, no doubt the whole UFO phenomena is true. If you have high ranking military and governmentl officials come forward and announce at the national press club that UFOs have messed with nuclear missile sites well then you better listen at least. You can always remain sceptical, but at least keep an open mind about the issue.
  13. IF it doesn't have anime graphics then it's a good start.
  14. I ever wonder if there has been reverse engineering going on on these alleged crafts, and if yes, if we got results out of this. Probably not. Because we're still using fossile fuel for everything.
  15. The Green Hornet. I think my IQ just dropped 10 points.
  16. I remeber playing a X demo a long time ago and felt the game was a borefest.
  17. I never really "clicked" with old skool adventures, with the exception of The Longest Journey which really sucked me in. I hope that stupid Secret World game gets finished so that Tornquist can work on another TLJ sequel.
  18. Not gonna happen. Atari is a corpse publisher at this point. It's really about time someone strips the DnD rights of them so that we can see a proper game again.
  19. Gaider can't get laid IRL so what do you expect? He's a writer, somehow he has to express his frustration.
  20. All this long waiting, all the hype, all the boobs and cool proverbs, and then it turns out to be a bad and outdated game. FOr a game that's been in development this long, one needs to cut it some slack. A ths point there's no way it can be cutting edge, unless the current developers want to start the development cyclwe all over again. But just because a game, especially an FPS, isn't cutting edge, doesn't mean it can't be fun. Painkiller comes to mind. Also, DUke 3d was pretty non-cutting edge compared to Quake 2 but still held its own for fun gameplay. Define "cutting-edge". I don't mind the graphics, I still play the 7 year old HL2 and think it looks better than most modern shooters nowadays, but with outdated I mean the design. Shooters have to evolve, and Duke seems to embrace all this retro 90s style and vibe, and I don't like it. If the level design isn't smart, if the AI isn't challenging, if the weapons design reminds me of an old id shooter, then yes, I'm worried. I know the game theme doesn't take itself serious, but I hope at least the designers take the game serious. Just take Bulletstorm as an example, it encompasses everything that can go wrong in a shooter. Hope I'm wrong and DNF turns out to be a kick-ass experience though.
  21. It shows the developers had no clue how to plan. This can't be good. Also, you have been reported for personal insult.
