While alternating in-between few games, I've managed to finish the Main Arc of Tales of Legendia on PS2 for a first time. At the beginning, the combat felt little bit awkward, especially against flying enemies, but after a while, I've got used to it. The game, despite not aging the best, was really enjoyable. The more I've played, the more I wanted to uncover where the storyline goes. It has few unpredictable plot-twists and at one point, it is making fun of predictable story outcomes in other games And because of the story, the game is currently my second favourite Tales of game, right behind Xillia. We'll see, if it will stay so high, after I start the post game content.

I am bigger fan of the previous version, because I had ****ty PC 😛 I was unable to run ACC. It is very good sim, if you have specs for it, but one with more complicated car set-ups. You will need to watch few hours of youtube tutorials, how to set up the correct fuel economy and brake pads for different race lengths, for different cars I would recommend you for start to pick a single car, and try to get used to it, and learn the set-up stuff you need for it and only then start experimenting with different cars

Finished 4th chapter in Tales of Legendia and slowly moved to chapter 5. Being blind playthrough, I found few very suprising moments in the game, and I bet I find few more. Despite being little bit outdated in the gameplay department, I like the way, how the story is pacing, and random encounters are in pretty good frequency. Because of that, the game has slowly climbed to my personal Top 3 Tales of games so far. Which is pretty surprising to me TBH. I really hope this will last as long as possible, because it’s been pretty long time, that I was enjoying any game as much, as I enjoy ToL. Despite this, it is harder to recommend to someone else, just because of the outdated combat. If you can gat over that, and like darker jRPG stories, you might enjoy this hame as well. In the meanwhile, I’ve slowly accumulated 45 million gold in Fairy Fencer F, so just 55 million to go for the Platinum Trophy 😄

It’s definitely not for everyone, but I spent more than 30 hours on this game, and finished it. The developers are really nice bunch of people. I’ve managed to find a gamebreaking bug for me, which no one else reported, and after little bit of communication, they fixed it in the next patch. Guys were producing new patches and new content for free for over 3 years. So I will definitely give them my support again, as soon as they officially announce GOG release.

I loved the first game, will keep this on my radar as well. Unfortunately no pledge for GOG key 😞

It is Bioware, they even hired at some point Anita Sarkeesian as an advisor, that should give you enough hints about what is the real reason 😉

It's not hard to have best story among other Bethesda titles 😛 Though if you count Arkane as Bethesda too, well, Dishonored has hit a sweet spot with me, although I cannot say, it is something truly epic 😛

Tales of Destiny Director's Cut fan translation group Life Bottle Production, got their trailer for BETA of their project. Patch is still missing very few menus well hidden in the original files and some synopsis, but everything else should be at 100% now. So if you love jRPG history, and was sad, that this game was never oficialy translated to English, and all of the fan translation efforts ended up cancelled, you have now chance to finally play it in English I am proud, that I was part of the effort in the beginning of the project, while I still had some time to make Arte and Enemy matching with official Bamco Translations So in the final patch, you might find me in the credits as well 😛

What about Sharon Stone? 😛 But I think, she became known in 90s as well, hmm Edit: Basic Instinct is from 1992. So probably not her...

From reading all your comments here, it looks like that Mass Effect Legendary will be loosing it's biggest asset...

Entered Chapter 4 in Tales of Legendia. The game is more fun, than I have anticipated, even though for some people would be the fight model outdated now. It does not hinder my enjoyment of the game. The story progresses pretty fine, cutscenes are not overly long, and random encounters seem balanced as well. I have 5 party members so far. Besides, in Fairy Fencer F, I’ve amassed 35 million gold so far. I am playing it now only while watching some other stuff on TV or streaming channels, which is like 1-2 hours per week or so . So I think, I might get closer to the 100 million by the end of the summer. 😩

Yay, more mobile cancer getting into gaming.
