What Are You Playing Now: The meaning of life
Mamoulian War replied to Gorth's topic in Computer and Console
Now that we have here 25th anniversary od Tales of Series, I have booted up Tales of Zestiria, after more than two year break, and finally finished the Hexen Isle post game content. The last two fights were ridiculously long, because, I couldn't be arsed to spend few hours grinding for equipment fusions. Still, I've spent less time getting to them and finishing them, than I would spent on grinding. The game is still fun to play as I remember, with occasional camera issues in fight arenas and ridiculously overpowered caster mobs compared to melee ones Shadowrun HongKong Bonus Episode will have to wait little bit for now, because for now I'll go again for the Alisha's Story, because I still miss two Trophies in her DLC -
What Are You Playing Now: The meaning of life

I am in the same league with both of you. Shadowrun is not the best of the best, but it has something, which can draw me into the story, like very few other games. Unless, I am in Heoi, and are talking two hours straight with my party-members -

I have finally finished the main campaign of Shadowrun Hong Kong - Extended Edition, the third installment in the series. The game is as good as two previous entries, with the exception of some of the extremely text heavy intermezzos in Heoi, which were in my opinion little bit bloated. This does not change the fact, that I had a lot of fun with the rest of the game. In the end, I was able to shut down The Fortune Machine, unfortunately with Raymond having to sacrifice himself :( Next in line will be the short Deluxe Edition Campaign. -
Well, what you say is valid for the most of the jobs out there, but there are not enough programmers and other IT professionals to fill out all the posted job positions. EU lacked few years back more than 500 thousands IT professionals to fill all such positions, and it is rising more and more. So you have a choice in that regard, and if you join Acti or EA in current conditions, you probably do not care enough about what kind of job you do *shrugs*

Not everyone are trying to leave though If you do your interview right, you can find that out. Also anyone who is voluntarily seeking employment in these days in a company, who have won the worst company award in America for example, might not have the best of judgment skills and sometimes that kind of skills is a mandatory prerequisite for some job positions
-
As I mentioned before, I was not talking about people in AAA industry
-
The choosing of who is their employer, is mostly in their hand though. Some people quit their job on free will, if their employer does not meet their standards, some do not care, and yes, some are not fortunate enough to be able to make that choice *shrugs*

In a surprise move, heretic and hexen and hexen 2 arrived at GOG! 4 games for 3 bucks if you get the whole collection. https://www.gog.com/news/the_classic_fantasy_shooter_series_heretic_joins_the_ranks_of_gogcom

Some yes some not. I, for example, if I would be hiring, and would have to choose from two same quality people, I would definitely look at the quality of their previous employers as well *shrugs*

Yeah people work for a lot of different companies, which have even worse reputation than these two Does not negate the notion that some people value their reputation little bit higher than average human being
-
For some people is their reputation worth more than money. They usually do not work for AAA publishers though

Excellent random news! I loved the first StarCrawlers, and the guy behind the game have released a lot of updates long time after the release. He even added completely new hacking stuff into the game, to make the hacker playthrough more interesting. I hope I'll see it soon at GOG as well

The funniest thing is, that the Project CARS people are back to EA... Looks like Karma did bit them in the end for their PCARS3 shennigans... In other news: “In order to bring our customers the most immersive experience, we’ll be bringing the all new mechanisms to all our upcoming racing games, so you can enjoy the same value of all costs as in real life. Paying for your new virtual Ferrari was never as fulfilling before!”

And I was wondering, why it resembles so much the Vermintide. And it’s the same company

Are people still play free to plays?
Mamoulian War replied to Melusina's topic in Computer and Console
Unless it's anything from Dead or Alive franchise -
Does this mean that ME:A became irrelevant?
-
Unfortunately something like that might not exist anymore. Unless you are willing to hop with google translate through some japanese or central/eastern european sites

People with epilepsy usually do not work at work positions, which can induce it to them. I worked once at internet caffe, there was many hundreds different people visiting it and during it's 10 years of existence, there was only one case of customer having epilepsy from a game, and he was a frequent customer.

Glad to be of help Edit: before starting gaming with the gamepad, I recommend you to install both drivers needed. First one will install automatically after first plugin, and the second one should install after holding the MODE button for few seconds and releasing it. Just dont press it before the first driver installs sucessfully

It might be possible, that the review copies might not have the Day 1 patch yet
