I have found very interesting article by a independent Russian Journalist at Medusa from August 2022, who had to escape Russia with his family. It has links to other articles and also official Russian media. There is still one thing, which I do not understand this attitude. My friend’s brother has Russian wife, she always lived in the West, was very strong anti-Putin, and avoided his propaganda, but on 24th February 2022, she completely flipped the switch, and became Z-person, with which, you cannot have any rational discussion anymore 🤷♂️

But, but, but Ukraine has denied any connection to Belgorod rebels but urges Russia to stop bombing them & abide by a Minsk-style format whereby Moscow will get control of border back only *after* a totally legit referendum on the status of the region takes place! And besides, such weapons and badges, which they are using, can be bought at any army shop, or found left over at any abandoned barn or mine 🤷♂️

After 7 weeks of racing, I was able to climb up to 7th position in Division 2 of Low Fuel Motorsport in Assetto Corsa Competizione in GT4 category. Unfrotunately it looks like, I will not be able to climb higher or even stay in Top 10, as in the last 5 weeks, there are two tracks in the rotation, which I still do not own

I think your math is little bit off. Russia has killed/maimed 0.077% of its population (100k) to conquer 0.00024% (41.2sqkm) of Ukraine’s territory. So if the current loss rate sustains, Russia will only need to sacrifice 1 billion more of its people to capture the rest of Ukraine. 🤷♂️ Disclaimer: Calculations provided by @wartranslated

**** Girkin has also decided to give some analysis on the Bakhmut “victory”. Also UA Gen. Syrsky has released statement, that Bakhmut is close to operational encirclement by UA forces. How much of that is true and how much of that is psyops, is impossible to predict, but if that would be true, it would be really hilarious (if man can say something like that in a situation where hundreds of lives are lost daily ) turn of events… Meanwhile more of the flanks near Bakhmut have been cleared of Russian presence in last 24 hours. https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2023/05/21/7403178/

Funny that you mention Soledar, where Wagner have claimed capture of the city, then RU MoD claimed that it is not true, then RU MoD claimed the capture of the city, then UA MoD, denied the claim, and then there was one more week of fighting reported from city before UA army fully retreated 🤷♂️ For now, Zelenskyi has released official statement, that the city is not completely captured, and there are still operations performed by UA forces inside the city, although pretty vaguelly 🤷♂️ So I expect pretty much the same as in Soledar. Few more days of fighting inside the city before UA army either completely retreats, or pushes forward with the encirclement of the city, which they started about a week ago. It would be pretty ridiculous, if they would manage to encircle the city in a month or two, after RU spent 224 days and tens of thousands of meatbags, trying to get the prime example of Pyrhic Victory. A little bit insight, why there why the number of dead Russian soldiers are so big. Crazy big numbers of them just die, due to non-existant treatment of anything more serious than light wounds… The RU paramedics are not even able to perform some life-saving procedures, due to them being in risk of breaking RU law and get arrested for performing unauthorised surgical intervention 👀
