I can barely keep my party alive with a priest on POTD. Alot of the priest spells really do not much. I found the druids naures vigor to really help. Its like ciphers pain block but FOE

Ok if theres no pet then use thiefs putty or resting/ prostitution bonus Easy! You can probably even do it at level 5 or even level 4 if doing this.

Would be good if the priest has more dedicated healing spells too.

Beraths blessing only adds another 2 points of mech thats not that big a difference. I didnt go see the skill trainer or use the pet that gives the mech bonus so even if there was no beraths blessings used i still could go get all this stuff at level 6

Interesting that so many votes for priest as weakest. I must admit that i found most of there party buffs to be very lacking in effiency. Most of them either hardly did anything or expired to quickly. The spell that gives +20 deflection was the only spell that seemed to make a big and noticeable difference in buffing my parry to the point where I actually noticed a difference. And this is a level 7 spell so you get it ao late

yeah excactly So that means by level 6 you can sail everywhere in the Deadfire archipelago and get all the items from merchants that can be stolen This is insane Obsidian can you please make it so you cant steal from merchants especially high end equiptment Thanks

^^^^^ Ahh no. Rangers in POE1 where the highest dps class in the game becaue of twin arrow. They even out damaged rogues on single target damage. On another note i think obsidian would probably be happy with these poll results. All classes appear quite balanced apart from rangers and priests.

Yeah excactly. No combat to get this. You just jump in your boat and go pick it up doesnt even cost 1 gold piece. I cant believe people are actually backing up that you can get the highest AR protection available in the game for free with no combat pretty much as soon as the game starts. The armor needs to go.

blah blah blah blah blah so like i said a level 6 rogue can go get probably the best Armour in the game straight after leaving porte maje FOR FREE oh and while he is there he gets a bonus legendary unique sabre thrown in to the deal call it whatever you want this is stupidly insane and they need to change it

So you're using a New Game Bonus character with boosted stats (which the game isn't balanced against) AND a character who already visited Nekataka and got stuff from shops? That's hardly going straight to Crookspur once one leaves Port Maje. Yeah, not seeing the problem here. ====== Also, Crookspur is way out of the way, so newbies won't be accidentally going there. Plus, as you said, you went into Nekataka and boosted your stats even more above and beyond the New Game Bonus stuff. This is part and parcel of the Open World. If you know where things are, you can go beeline for them and grab them. The only real way to stop this sort of thing is to close off the Open World aspect of the game. And the horse left the barn on this point long long ago. well no I said just make the items so you cant steal them. Leave them there but make it that you have to buy them. Still open world and problem solved and i also am not understanding your arguement there. I was able to do it at level 6 nuff said.

i was able to do it when i was a level 6 rogue with beraths blessings and the gloves that give +2 mechanics, you can use lockpicks aswell remember. So no your argument off "if you want to put skill points in mechanical you can do what you want" clearly is not justified. Getting legendary equipment like this right after leaving port maje is just stupid. Not only that both the items you can get are arguably the most powerful in the game espcially the armour. It gives you 14 AR= God Mode it would be better if Obsidian made it so that you cant steal high level items like this you have to buy them This would be more rewarding and still be open world The devil of caroc breast plate is also far to easy to get. Please make it so that you cant steal this item and please increase its price more

on what difficulty?

i think the issue is that people dont care about the animal companion and want better stuff for the actual ranger

At the very start of your game pretty much as soon as you leave port maje you can sail to crookspur beach and get legendary armour and legendary sabre for free. You can stealth behind the merchant there and get it. After you get this it makes the game far to easy. Can you please make it so you cant get these items like this Thanks

if its intended its stupid because why would you use anything other then a firearm if your a caster
