If that 37% figure is true it would probably be because there are alot of free to play games on steam and really cheap games eg around $1-$5. I cant see a whole lot of people spending $50 on deadfire and then just ignoring it

Yes clearly. That momentum gained in that area is promising for future prospects for a new big budget video game. This is what i meant. I thought d&d was done and in ruin. I had no idea they where doing record sales. Hence why i am optimistic about a new big budget viseo game now

That is a serious amount of talk and opinion. That link i just posted kind of contradicts what you are saying about d&d not performing. They have turned it around it is selling well agian after a long down turn. Record breaking well. I would love for them to make a crpg like bg2. Bg2 sold 5 million copies. POE1 sold 1.2 million Deadfire so far 250,000 Thats a pretty big carrot

Your chance to hit usually from 0 - 50, because of PoE II combat system, with 30 hit -> crit conversion you get additional 15 chance to crit, this mean that you can pick any class with at least +10 accuracy bonus and do more damage Berserker - Armor, Penetration bonuses doesn't stack with potions/food, just use potions +2 pen, +3 armor Barbaric smash hit only single target and with Hit -> Crit you get 35% chance to crit, but your chance to graze and miss still very high Don't forget about -3 to start deflection Now there only role-play point to pick barbarian

^^^^^ I could be wrong but the beserker kit is probably the stongest kit in the game i think its 40% hit to hit conversion Insanely powerful with very little consequences i cant wait to roll a beserker/ trickster with max perception BEAST

^^^^^ thats pretty much my thoughts excatly. Paladins have to many broken skill trees at the moment. Ranger not worth going near. Priest has alot of spells that dont do much at all.

Hi Obsdian The issue of Reviving exhortation killing almost everyone after 15 seconds keeps coming up everywhere on these forums alot. For an in depth explanation please check this thread https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/102963-whats-the-point-of-reviving-exhortation/ Also Hasting exhortation giving +5 dex for such a high level and cost ability is almost completely useless. You recently buffed the 3rd level wizard haste spell (DOAM) with an extra +15% action speed in the last patch. Can you please consider doing the same for the paladins Haste so people can use it. Thanks also can you please confrim if damage from self immolation is getting fixed?

Of course pillars 1 has been out longer I think the point he is making is that 200,000 on steam after 2-3 months clearly aint good. Alot of those people would be backers too. One way of seeing how it is trending its to wait 1 month and see how many extra sales they have done in that period then you would have some basis for determining long term sales number Hopefully the Expansions and DLCS will stir interest and more sales will be generated

I dont know why you think based on revenue. DOTA is number 1 and that game is free And why are you trying so hard to complicate soemrhing that is so simple? Its pretty easy. Its bronze so not in top 50

Yeah it means not platinum, gold or silver And if you count all the platinum, gold and silver best seller there is about 50 of them So deadfire definitely not in the top 50

for damage if your just starting out try the chill fog and combusting wounds combo

i remember warhammer total war 2 was about 500,000 copies 3 months after release that game is awesome if you havent played it
