I don't know how anybody can deal with families like that. I certainly can't. Last time one of my mom's family visited they bickered until they ended up throwing plates. Ended up staying in my room during most of that visit.

Lol. I do the same sometimes. I we don't even have Halloween here. Last year my brother had that problem. He usually hates sweets but I guess he was really craving it after seeing so the Skittles.

Tomorrow our village is celebrating Halloween.Over 100 kids came the last time, most not from the village but from other neighborhoods. I have over 140 pieces of jumbo candy ready. I hope I won't run out of candy like last year, ended up giving the remaining kids jello mixes and lemons.

Malcador I am so sorry to hear about your friend. I'm sure that dog enjoyed every moment he had with you, and in the end that what really count in this world: The time spent with those you love.

I heard about this. One of the other false studies that became published was how dog parks supported rape culture. https://www.wsj.com/articles/fake-news-comes-to-academia-1538520950

When to my university to work more on an art project only to find out that the door's key card slot was not working. Walked all around my campus to find someone, anyone to open the door. But finding staff that could help me in a desolate university surrounded by forests on a Sunday was like trying to find intelligent life on Uranus. When all hope seemed lost I found Jared the key master. He open the door but if I wanted to leave I'd be locked out. Spent near 5 hour in that room working on project until I had the intense longing to break open a dam and eat my project from hunger and low blood sugars. Despite all that happened I am happy with the progress I made. Just needs a few more tweaks and it'll be finished by tomorrow. Also spent some time researching Marcel Duchamp the best/worst thing to happen to art.

He makes some great and entertaining reviews and introduced me to imagery I wish I could erase from my mind.

Watched the Blackcoat's Daughter last night. The some of the editing choices and the mumbles turned me off for a bit but I enjoyed. The overall tone and premise of the film was eerie and suspenseful.

Finished Bioshock Remastered and Bioshock 2 Remastered. -
My dog is being an ass about going outside. It has been raining near every day and the one thing he hates most is being wet. I swear he turns into a cat whenever I open the door to let him out to do his business. Aside from how my dog has been acting I am looking forward to today. I am getting a deep tissue massage.

When will you announce your secret game?

Tell me the secret. I know the secret handshake. -
I can't really say it for most but in my high school they really pushed the college is the end all be all. They cut certain class schedules just so we can go on computers and look at prospective colleges. Most students around me went with it and whenever the question of not attending college was mentioned, it was with a "yeah, well, that's your choice".

Geez sounds like a sticky situation. Glad you made it out okay Keyrock!

I've been touching up some of my prints with pastels and so far they look pretty good considering the screen bled out the ink in unpleasant ways.

There was an old comedy where one guy died and the two protags faked his life up to and including till the end of a house party. Weekend at Bernie's I believe

I think the thing that killed it for me was that there seemed to be no clear motivations from the main character. There was one in the Soul Society and a reason to hunt down the main antagonist but after there was nothing. After that it felt like the Ichigo was just tossed in situations and told to fight.

Bioshock the original is definitely the superior one. There are a lot of glaring issues with the remaster that still have not been fixed prior to release. Sometimes the audio cuts out or repeats itself, lighting is also an issue at times, I have had three crashes out of the 14 hour I played, and the AI in the game well... Sometimes they just walk right past and then notice several seconds later, other times they get stuck in terrain or run into walls. The only things worth checking out from the remaster is the interactive museum featuring a lot of concept art and unused models, and the director commentary featuring the creators and how exactly they came up with BioShock. My advice; unless if you really want to see the museum and watch the interview I would stay clear from the remaster, it is not worthy of that name. Side Note: Also really enjoyed Infinite. Haven't finished their DLC Burial at Sea yet, I keep putting it off and forgetting about it. -

Been replaying BioShock Remastered. I am never going to feel the euphoria that I had when I first played it (especially with this remaster), but it is interesting to notice all the little details that escaped me when first played it.
