I actually read all ten pages! (w00t) I'm a bit scared by this review, about the bugs and weak ending. Usually when I read a review from IGN and Gamespot they tend to be right about what a game is lacking and if IGN stated more bugs and a story not better than the first it might be true for me. I feel that TSL will infact be better than the first because you will learn the "fate" of Revan and his crew and learn more mysteries in this game. The only mystery in the first game was what was my PC's relationship with Malak and they took me for a spin the first time. To other posts: I thought Malak was amazingly hard, so was Bastila(DS), Bandon, Nord, Davik and so much other people in the game. I guess it's because this is my first time playing a game like this. The only other RPG I have played on a console was Kingdom Hearts for my PS2 but that was real time non-turned based. I will judge the game for myself once I get it either on Monday or Tuesday. I fear, most of all, the bugs. When Zaalbar duplicated himself on the Ebon Hawk and I played for so many hours to not see the ending really ticked me off, as well as some other bugs

I think Battle Meditation will be like an upgrade to Master Valor, whereas it not only ups your stats but downs the stats of the enemies around you. I do hope that BM can be used on a bigger scale, that would be really nice.

I think it is possible. I think it will be nominated for game of the year but will be over shadowed but the even more anticipated sequel for GOTY 02. But I personally hope that it does get game of the year.

I totally agree. That's another one I look forward too. I look forward to beast control as well. I can see the PC using a beast like the rhino type animal Anakin used in Ep II.

Well since they give scores like 9.8 to mediocre games like Halo 2, got nothing against it since I will get it soon, I think they will give something from a 9.0 to a 9.5. <_<

Just another Star Wars game, one of the best. Anything Star Wars I like.

Seems like the LS will be even more rewarding this time because the call of the DS will be so frickin' tempting. I'll be trying both sides multiple times through. Good find OG poster

I guess I am also with the minority when I say I absolutely loved the LS ending for K1. My Revan with his whole crew getting their medals from Admiral Dodonna and getting praise from Vandar and the Jedi Council also left me getting up and clapping. I had the sense that Revan would go and do greater things, especially when he told Malak: " I believe in Redemption". Great stuff I hope we get some kind of ending similar to that but in front of the Jedi Council and maybe Revan on Coruscant. *ahem* The DS ending was cool too.

Only 10-15 times?! I dang near played Kotor 60 times... 52 to be exact. Looks like I'll be playing this game so long K3 will be out and I will have to put that aside because I won't be done with K2 yet.

I'm with you there Zaalbar was cool in my opinion. I think he probably went to Kashyyk(never can spell that word right) after he felt he served his life debt through, LS anyways.

If you really think about ruling a galaxy is not as much fun as saving it, IMO. I would take that medal anyday rather than ruling a galaxy, but I'm a biased LSder. But also a US Xboxer

Well DS is the quick and easy path that Vader took, but it is almost unfulfilling, unlike the LS which is much more gratifying.

Yoda vs. Palpatine is a fight between GODS and will go down in SW history. :cool: Although I wouldn't mind seeing Yoda vs. Darth Revan. (w00t)
