In Kotor 2. Both bio and Obsidian should sit down and work with this game together. The third needs to be very difficult seeing as how you will now be fighting the true sith. Also, they need to either have Revan or the Exile as the PC. Who knows, maybe TSL will have an expansion pack like BG2 did. When I first beat BG2, I was ready to kill somebody until I found out there was an expansion.

When you say instantly undone what exactly do you mean? You mean the undoing feeling you get in brood war when you fight with your favorite side as hard as you can, just to destroy them with another group. Or that empty feeling you also get in brood war when you find out that no matter what you do the entire galaxy will be destroyed by Zerg/Protoss half breeds?
