Anyone Give me Dark Side Advice
The Yeti of 66 replied to ukplankton's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Be nice to your people so you can get influence with them and make them jedi. Then when they are jedi, you then plunge to the Darkside and take them with you. -
A joint project could be cool, but they seem to have some conflictions. Most of this is with two characters. You kill Revan, you lose. You kill the Exile, you make an entire game useless. You make them work together, it will be cheesy. You choose one of them to be the main, you will have a war of the fans. One developer would be best, but I think there needs to be some work between them.

First two words he said I could tell. He sounds and talks like the man. C'mon now.

Question About Atton
The Yeti of 66 replied to KotOR_rules2004's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Yeah but I added to it. The fact that he doesn't separate. In fact according to the first bit about him he could reshape with broken pieces to avoid a stab wound but that's a bit cheesy so the hole broken and put back together is much more interesting. -
Question About Atton
The Yeti of 66 replied to KotOR_rules2004's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
According to the earliest shots and descriptions his bones are in such small fractures that his head would not come off, or any of his limbs for that matter, because they will reform nearly the moment he suffers such a wound which is why he had to give up the force to die. I think they cut it because they want him in the next game. -
I always had the impression he could but just disliked the machine. God I hope Atton is in the next game.

I heard that you originally could go in the tombs. Then it was cut. If that was true it could have been the best planet by far. I would have loved to see the effects of these tombs, seen some holocrons, or even gotten a powerful lightsaber from Tulak Hord's tomb or something. Ludo Kreesh tomb x's 5. More to do or find out, maybe see the remnants of the star map and maybe find out that all of them were destroyed automatically after SF was destroyed. Anybody else think so?

Correct Ending of KOTOR 1
The Yeti of 66 replied to The Dark Kreuz's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Vandar was at Katarr. Actually, the DS ending is far more questionable. The core planets were completely defenseless and Revan should have attacked them killing the remaining jedi, making the exile the 'last'. That didn't happen though, by the time Malak was dead there were so few only less than 100 left, struggling to rebuild. Then suddendly they began disappearing left and right, this was mostly from Sion, but was finished by Nihilus. If Revan was DS, he would have to remember right away, or the Republic would have died. -
Bored so who did you hate the most from both KotOR
The Yeti of 66 replied to Kalfear's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Liked: Bastila Atton (except for damned card game) Bao (though very underdeveloped) HK (K1) Visas Kreia Jolee Canderous Dislike: Mira (arrogant bitch drugged me and threw herself into trap she couldn't handle) Disciple (boring beyond all others) G0-T0 (nearly stopped MSG from deactivation and was a fat piece of crap) Handmaiden (I favored Visas though had no other intentions and she hated for it) T3 (K1) HK (K2 because he wasn't even close to as interesting, nothing much I could learn because I was LS) Juhani (after the boring convos first time through I never wen without her death) Jolee's Suspender socks (c'mon now, the scene in K1 was hilarious with cage, but those darn socks!) -
On my last play through, the only normal single blader I got was the one I made. Every single other one was double or short.

Revan never once fell to the darkside. That was just Revan there. Also, Revan learned how to make force bonds just like the Exile, but the exile is much stronger in it. I think that is how Revan and Bastila linked. Revan saw her and thought, okay, easy, I bond to her, kill these jedi and destroy her lightsaber or such and turn her to my side, which will make my fleets invincible against the s---- *boom* Where am I? Who are you? Why are you talking to me like some huge tutorial game? If we are in so much danger how do we have time to listen to you ramble when we should be dead by now.... I think Revan just cannot find how to destroy these Sith and is calling for help with that reason, there is no conventional method of beating these guys according to Kreia, making his attempts useless. So he fell back, perhaps fell into their ranks to hide and wait for help.

A Question about something the Ending
The Yeti of 66 replied to sotos's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
It was a trayus academy ship beaten by ewoks to mimic the damage. Or pixies. -
something missing from Kotor 2

Feargus thought and was cut short. Didn't lie, just didn't know at the time. -
Stuck on enclave planet
The Yeti of 66 replied to dropshadow83's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I did it first with no prob. Go back to your ship and speak to Kreia. Then go back to the enclave. I don't think Kreia has to do with it, just that you were already on the planet and need to go back to your ship. -
Strange Ending (light side)
The Yeti of 66 replied to WyvernNZ's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Yes that's most of it. Kreia found it though and used it. When she found out about the Exile's wound you remember her motivations for the chase. So she went after you, then was attacked by the Sith. Once aboard the harbinger, you brought on board and shot out to hyperspace and was shot just as you left, leaving you stranded at Peragus. You lied in the medical bay in critical condition with most of the crew dead or dying, and it was up to T3 to get the ship working. After much back and forth work it was done and the ship docked with Peragus. You woke from a Kolto tank after a cryptic "Awaken" was heard. You went to explore and discovered an old Woman named Kreia, who tells you to find some weapons, a way out and some clothes for proper first impressions. You go off into the other rooms until you find a security desk, which gives you some information about how the droids have been causing devastating accidents that could destroy the entire planet. You go off into the next room and destroy the droid there and suddenly you can hear a sound, something from a distance, it is the force. Kreia leads you back down the path of the force. You pick your first two force powers and then to the next room. You go up to the administration console and find that it is locked except for the controls for a door, you use it and the shield falls. You open the door and meet Atton Rand, an echani trained pilot with a smart mouth who remarks on your lack of clothes. He tells you about a jedi showing up and bunches of chaos happening soon after. Then he states that after this happened and he was locked up he was waiting for a half naked miner to come and ask him questions, sadly I never found this miner, likely something cut from the game. After a discussion about Revan (LS male) you have him join your group and he reroutes something on the admin console and it works. You have communications with T3. T3 threatens to kill you and then the prolouge ends, you immediately go on a hunt with Atton after the hot tempered lightsaber wielding utility droid. After noticing you left Kreia behind, you go back to Peragus to find her. You find a crumpled note that says, "Meet me at Malachor V or I'll kill myself." Immediately you say Pssh, and toss aside the note. Kreia then cuts off her hand to show you the power of the bond. You fall to the ground in pain. Since she lacked a lightsaber she had to hack it off with a rusty short sword, causing her to bleed to death. Soon after she dies, you fall dead and never learn about Revan or anything else just like if you played the real game instead of reading this. The End. That answer everything? -
Yeah you should just get another crystal. I don't think it was meant for cyan so early in the game and that could be your problem. Find a container and put the crystal in it. Then talk to him and it will give you the color lightsaber you picked earlier when talking to Atton. Then pull it out and change it.

Those who want males make your own poll.

The accent is hot, I don't know what is your problem is! If you've ever played the game favoring Visas, she goes crazy. Even if you have no intentions of that kind, even if it is because of redemtion, she is angered and kinda bitchy about it. Too hot tempered for me. Bastila!!!!!111

I finally finished the game for the first time.

This aint a Deus Ex forum. If it was I would leave and come back with a virus to give the forum. This is Kotor. That is all. -
Was Revan the ultimate Sith Lord?
The Yeti of 66 replied to The Yeti of 66's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Vader hardly seemed like a badass to me in Ep.4. He seemed like a dog being tugged by a stupid arrogant Moff. After that, then yes, he was cool. But by then the Emperor was introduced, though we didn't know he was a Sith Lord I guess so you are right. Please disregard all of the above. -
She still said I broke it when I had a complete lightsaber. I still got a complete one though. Maybe it was fixed? I heard on the PC version you find it in the Ludo Kreesh tomb along with Bastila's lightsaber.

Hmm...I never noticed this, I just told that guy to go fist himself. What's in these compartments?
-
You don't have to be a thug. I went Dark and usually chose neutral options and was very kind to my characters so I could get influence, and when I made my killing plunge they fell with me. That is the way to do it. In answer to the first set of questions though. Weapons Master > Marauder Watchman < Assasin Master < Lord LS seems better to me, but it's just how you do it. I prefer to go high and mighty and get a prestige class, then take what Kreia says to heart and go more neutral but still slightly light. That is what she tries to teach you if you think about it. If you do it like that it seems like you are learning more than a yesman.

I finally finished the game for the first time.
The Yeti of 66 replied to radiohead3's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
There is one actually. Malachor survives, and you toss Kreia in some hole. Then it shows a screen of the place where LS exile goes and it cuts to credits. -
Was Revan the ultimate Sith Lord?
The Yeti of 66 replied to The Yeti of 66's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Do you know how many Jedi Civil Wars there were? I don't know if it was still called the Clone War when Sidious declared himself galactic emperor and used Vader to hunt the remaining Jedi. During that time many dark jedi came forth and were used also as tools to kill of the Jedi, then they were also killed. That sounds like a Jedi Civil War to me. If it was still the clone war then okay, but I think that was called Jedi Civil War far before even K1. There are three major ones I know of. The first one that created the Sith Lords, the one where Malak destroyed entire planets, and the last one where 1 Sith Lord and a few dark jedi as well as some uber clones and whatnot to destroy all the jedi. Jedi Civil War, not just Kotor.
