NWN2 Release Date: One Step Closer
I agree. We got KotOR 2 sooner than later and look how that one ended up.

How cn the BG story line go foreward? The main character is 30+ level and either relinquished his or her godhood or became a god. There is no reasonable way the story can go foreward. Also don't go into that prequel crap, Volourn. Continuing the Bhaalspawn story would be a very bad idea. Sure, it can be done, but why? There is no point to continue a story line that has ended. I rather see a brand new original storyline set in the city of Baldur's Gate. I think that could be very fun to return to the city if done properly.

Man, why couldn't we humans just develop one language, Common. I mean it would save a lot of headaches.

KotoR 3: Ideas and Suggestions
I prefer the NWN 2 engine over the Unreal engine.

NWN2 Release Date: One Step Closer
There are impossible games and there are easy games. Why can't we have something in the middle.

Conservatives seeking to ruin E3 now?
I am torn on this issue. I do enjoy video games and such expostions should be taken seriously but then on the other hand we have young beautiful scantily clad women. Gee, this is indeed a toughie.

Well, there are many villages that are mixed in the race department, especially in the Silver Marches.

Best of infinitity.
I like IWD2 but I wouldn't say I loved the game. PST was the best of the bunch.

NWN2 Release Date: One Step Closer
In the Forgotten Realms the Moon Elf is indeed the default elf. So, technically, NWN 1 had the moon Elf subrace.

Faith. Worship. Same bloody thing to me.

NWN2 Release Date: One Step Closer
Semantics. Like I said I will be expecting another easy game from Obsidian.

NWN2 Release Date: One Step Closer
No, a level 20 character. If it was acutal DnD then yes a party of 20th level characters should be able to take down a singular Pit Fiend with significant use of resources and possible one or more characters in the dirt.

NWN2 Release Date: One Step Closer
What I got out of that little statement of theres is that a Level 20 character can easily take down a pit fiend.

NWN2 Release Date: One Step Closer
By the sounds of it I now am expecting another gimped game.

No.

NWN2 Release Date: One Step Closer
If you are powerful it means the others are weaker than you. If the adversaries are weak then the game will be easy.

Nope. Fans are not official support.

NWN2 Release Date: One Step Closer
POWERFUL?!?!?! Throughout the entire game?!?!?! WTF?!?!?! What are they going to do? Have us go against buggers half their CR against the party? Are they going to nerf every single creature in the game? That is very very very very disappointing revelation. Last thing we need is another easy freaking game. Man, and I was so looking forward to this game.

Weiser is right. If you want to discuss KotOR 1 go to the Bioware boards.

I have seen Jesus as a dark sider. Come on now, if you don't worship him you spend an eternity being tortured. Definitely dark side there.

I only count official support as being alive. Continual fan made mods and upgrades on a game means that the game is on life support.

The only major BG mod I played was Dark Side of the Sword Coast. It was... good in it s day and quite ambitious. I still wouldn't mind seeing a NWN module based on the Baldur's Games or Icewind Dale. Have a party of yourself and 5 NPCs on a full dungeon romp could be fun.

A game is only as alive as its developer and publisher gives it support.
