  1. any reason why those 2 head options look .... very much not 100% textured? EDIT: also i've noticed Dwarfs bodies dont properly line up with the new Energetic pose, likely to also happen with most non humans EDIT 2: and noticed that capes dont seem to like dwarfs as they like clipping into their backs, similar happens with aumaua
  2. you can easily mod the game to achieve whatever balance you want, why are you mad at the devs for trying to make the game more challenging for the many people asking for it?
  3. that was one of the most noticeable nerfs yeah, but even then that only applies to single class ciphers and a 25% speed up is still pretty good im more bummed out about body attunement specially considering the addition of armor/pen scaling on enemies
  4. a build that was honestly wayyyyyy too unbalanced and relied on a mechanics loophole the moment i found out about i knew it was going to get nerfed, same for cipher's time parasite

  6. guess we'll have to wait for whatever comes after 1.1 :^( at least 1.1 did add a lot of good changes EDIT: while a previous patch made substantial phantom spawn with its spells, the changes to have it join steam instead of party and its AI... not working prevents us from making use of the spells
  7. I tried to search for this in the bug report section and couldn't find it. I guess that's why it wasn't fixed. I'll see if I can repro and report. im pretty sure i reported it, and i just reproduced it post patch
  8. Dichotomous Soul is still bugged, the soul clones still spawn without their elemental fist weapons and deal pathetic crush dmg
  9. Maia isnt getting partial hair :^( edit: also i noticed female characters's hands arent lining up with 2 handed weapons like arquebus or pikes/staves
  10. idea: make the initial transformation a drake and add the dragon transformation as a late game upgrade that replaces it

Alright, so if it's uncouth to ask for someone to do that for me, can someone instruct me on how to mod the game's files myself without screwing it up, and whether or not it'd be possible to have modded skills/items have priority over all other future changes? Reading the sticky, it looks like there's an override folder that makes it so that my changes would stick through future patches and stuff, so that's good. make an override folder, create a new text file named (insert name).gamdatabundle inside that copy over whatever u want to edit from the original gamedatabundles edit away, make sure the start and end of your new modded file are correct and save the stuff u want edited is scattered across a few files, statuseffects, abilities, attacks you could start by downloading some existing mods to analyze their mod structure and learn from them

  13. i'd start by copying a spell similar to what you want in the end, giving it unique IDs and tweaking it from there
  14. i see you made your special holy radiance, but does it only apply to vessels or does it apply to every enemy?
  15. Perhaps that's why it's "truly unique". but we're literally conjuring a physical hammer to hit people, its no illusion
  16. i noticed its... an illusion spell? that doesnt sound right at all, should be conjuration no?
  17. yeah i dont think they thought corpse through huge penalty, and the "positive" only works in SOME encounters and is slow af i think having a power level debuff(-1 or -2) when u havent eaten would be better, and after eating it'd last till end of combat i'd also suggest making flesh communion work on ALL corpses, even metal vessels and primordials/spirits
  18. suggestion: limit the brilliant inspiration resource regain to 2-3 ticks regardless of an abilities duration
  19. yeah i think both lich's gaze and fampyr dominating/charming gazes are quite borked doesnt help that the only way to "counter" it is blinding them and they all have very high defenses and commonly use magic deflection spells :^/, and this is assuming blinding them would properly prevent their gaze abilities
  20. companions are just so slow and do so little dmg i saw maia's ishiza CRIT for like only 30 dmg with full penetration, and ALL animal companions are super slow(even the lion) companions need a desperate buff to scaling, a buff to their recovery and why did heal pet become such a slow and weak skill? in pillars 1 it was a quick point and heal, now it has a dramatic and slow cast time(and recovery) for a PITIFUL heal(i think its like 20 heaalth healed at base per 3 seconds for ONLY 6 seconds)
  21. why would this require a nerf when its literally you stacking a bunch of stuff? one of which would require a score of 20 in history
