I just found out that TF2 is getting Witcher items. They seem to be for Scout. A hat that is Geralt's hair, a sword, and a wolf medallion.

It's more art in video games, not video games as art. Which is why ME2 (have you seen some of the concept art for that?!) is on the list, and torment with it's palette of 64 shades of gray isn't. You trying to say that 64 shades of gray isn't art? I've seen art that was a single shade of white!
