  1. As i mentioned, i would like to create a more dmg oriented magic char. Tip was Priest. Berath / Magran (thx Elric Galan) Unfortunately i have to find out, after my hdd crash last year, i lost my PoE 1 savegames for the import! But i thought to myself: replay the whole thing. So is Priest (Single Class?) a viable option, to play through PoE 1 and 2? Without to much micromanagement? Good or very good in Dmg? In terms of Story? And good to "translate" from PoE 1 to PoE 2? Many questions...^^
  2. So Priest i find very interesting. But i like to be more dmg oriented. Is Priest of Magran a good choice? Single or Multiclass?
  3. So after getting some tips for a friend of mine, i want to try another walkthrough. But this time im interested in a very powerful (OP?) caster class. Now this thread often mention priest + brilliant. How exactly would one build look like?
  4. @Boeroer: Wow! Thanks. This are particularly useful tips. Will try to pass it on like this.
  5. Hi @Boeroer. Außer Tyranny also keine Vorerfahrung. Was ich immer sehr gerne lese.
  6. Sorry for hijacking, but one question for a complete new player (friend of mine played no poe 1): Would you suggest TB? Or are some encounters broken, because there were designed around RTwP, as you said. Builds in this forum are primary for RTwP?
  7. Windows 10, GamePass Version. Same Problem here. No Auto Save, No Manual Save (greyed out)... -> unplayable EDIT: The bat file for the Saved Game Folder worked for me! Point 11, Bat File Saved Game Folder
  8. So for a TB Cipher using Spells / Ranged Attacks what is the way to go? Ascendant? Friend of mine bought PoE 2 recently and played ranged Cipher in PoE 1.
  9. So whats a strong spellcasting damage build / class for the TBM? Wizard pure or Evoker? Druid? Something else? Played Sorcerer (Fury + pure Wizard) at release of PoE2? Now i´m trying Herald and Templar (Bleakwalker/Magran). But i a return sooner or later to spellcasting classes^^
  10. @ Enoch: ah, okay. Then 2 other Builds: One strong melee, one strong magic? )
  11. Yeah, Paladin/Chanter is on my "watchlist" too. Because of the summons, he is not on my first place.^^ Maybe it will be a pure wizard... For story i read about Cipher/Priest/Druid + Diplomacy + Aristocrat + Deadfire Archipelago. Hm, will see...
  12. Hi everyone. First, english isn´t my mother tongue, so please be indulgent to my mistakes. ) I stopped playing PoE 2 a few months after release. But now, serveral patches and DLS later and playing Pathfinder i want to come back. Im that type of gamer, who plays more than one save at the same time.^^ My 2 questions are: What will be the optimal choice for maximum story experience? Class, Race, Background? Cipher i think will be one part? And what will be one of the "Tier 1" Class for Damage oriented playstyle? Prefer Magic over Melee / Ranged. One of the Builds in the Builds List Thread? CU
  13. Hey. I have a question. For an RPG / Lore wise playthrough i would take Eder (pure Fighter i think), Pallegina (Herald for sure) and Aloth (pure Wizard). So for my main i think of an Soul Blade / Bleak Walker Dmg Build (Explorer or Aristocrat Background, Deadfire Archipelago Culture and Aumaua Race). But i like the "Light Side" for this playthrough. Is this a problem with the Bleak Walker Subclass?
  14. Hi. I started a Nature Godlike Fury + Evoker recently. Lets see how it works after a couple of hours. Xont as pure priest vor buffing.
  15. I will play party mode. ) Okay, i see Troubadour and Skald both have their advantages... Hm, perhaps i should roll for the decision.^^
  16. So for Bleak Walker Melee Damage Oriented: Troubadour / Skald / Beaconer??? I first thought Skald, but now i think, that Beaconer would fit the most.
  17. I cant decide between Bleak Walker + Skald or Bleak Walker + Soul Blade. Any Tips?
  18. Okay, so Chanter or Barbarian seems to be the right Choice for me. Which subclass would you recommend?
  19. So for a melee damage oriented Pala: Bleak Walker + Chanter / Cipher?
  20. Yep, very funny. Playing Fury Druid + Wizard. Nature Godlike. Xoit as a priest for the buff, to get Wellspring of Life (+2 Power Level). Like this very much. )
  21. Fury plus Evoker? You know that is a decent idea. Fury's weakness is it lack of options to proc the nature buff. Evoker's weakness is if you use infuse you are stuck without a level 2 till 7 (with multi) and lack of spell variety. You would get heaps of spells with lots of different damage types. Going on the to do list. Fury + Evoker, yes. ) Downside: no lv8 and 9 spells cause of Multiclass. 2 forbidden schools. So no chill fog. And i like this spell... Dont know, if elf is the better choice for this combo. Or to choose Nature Godlike, but Wizard without Subclass.... Level 8 and 9 spells are nice but you shouldn't build around them. Just like how multi class characters shouldn't build around tier 7. Basically the game sorta speeds you to level 7 then slows right down. You will spend the vast majority of the game between 7 and 17. Ah, okay. What do you think: evoker worth it? Or is loosing the two schools a to big downside?
